Always in there getting sandwiches but the mobile app doesn’t work always says off line cause they can turn it off and on when they fill like it from the resister or when they don’t want to do anything

Customer service was great! I appreciate upbeat personality and friendly smiles. The employees worked diligently and efficiently to complete our order. The quality of the food tasted good. I miss the flavored wraps and I hope Subway will bring back the sun dried tomato wrap soon!

No personalities or friendliness whatsoever when I went. On top of that, they no longer chop salads and use an even smaller container yet charge $10 for a small salad. They lost my business.

This subway is the best. The lovely ladies are always so nice and make the best sandwiches. I always have the best experience aside from today but I’m not going to let the scaled rating effect that too much. As I said the ladies are always wonderful so I’m here to give them credit. But there was a young man working today @ 1:45pm (12/10/21) who greeted me when I walked in but I unfortunately did not hear him between other customers talking and being hard of hearing. Once I got to the pick up station (which is right next to the counter) where I heard him huff loudly as he turned around and say, “I’m really gonna have to get use to rude customers not saying hello back, I’m really gonna have to get use to that. “... so as I was making my drink I turned back to him and said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you buddy when I first walked in but I deff heard what you just said behind that counter. We all have those days, but you don’t take that out on the customer. I hope my review can spark some training for him. If it wasn’t for the super nice ladies working there this would be my last visit.

Pros: Hot water in bathroom and very clean They open at 8 am . Cons: Employee making the sandwiches has bad attitude. She slim and black . Doesn't seem to like her job. Got upset with me because her handle broke on the sandwich table . If you don't wanna work and don't have any customer service skills . GO HOME !

I must say that it's been a while since I visited the Chipley subway and I must say that I was disappointed. The two works were more interested in arguing then serving their customers and frankly I really don't need to see the individual preparing my subs underwear. His pants where sagging not a very speaking look for some preparing for food

Very fresh food. The worker there was so sweet and joked around alot with us. I got the cold cut combo and it tasted absolutely amazing even after waiting am hour to eat it
