Pharmacy Manager Malory needs to be replaced. Her attitude and treatment of patients is deplorable. She encourages this attitude within her staff. I have no doubt that she has violated HIPPA laws, with her gossiping behind the counter, at the pharmacy. I have so many different instances where she has treated me badly, delayed the process of approving my new meds with insurance, denying me medications prescribed by my doctors because of her discretion. 2 days ago, she denied me post-op medications, for an emergency surgery, prescribed with 2 different doctors approval. I was originally supposed to have this surgery planned for 3 weeks from now. But there were complications. I called the pharmacy 3 weeks ago, to make sure that Pharmacy Manager Mallory was not going to give me any issues with my post op meds...The pharmacist I spoke to said there would be no issue. The day of the surgery, they said that they needed secondary verification at 4:45pm when the doctors office had already closed. I said ok, I will call the dr in the morning to speak to you. The following morning , they received verification that the prescription was valid and necessary for post-op pain for 5-7 days, from both the Surgeon and my Pain management Dr. (who handles my chronic injuries, from a trauma which caused PTSD as well). I am not sure what this woman's problem is, but she has some issues that she clearly needs to address. To me, she has been unkind, apathetic, rude, dismissive and has gone out of her way to hurt me, and make me feel embarrassed about the medicines that I need to take. I would say that she could really benefit from some sensitivity training. The other day, before my emergency surgery, I had called to ask a question about the medication and the pharmacy tech, asked for my name and birthdate. When the Tech looked at my information coming up on the screen, she asked "what did you do?" I replied "what do you mean?" she said "you must have really done something to make Malory mad!" I asked her what that meant. I asked her what she was looking at, that would make her say something like that. She said she couldn't tell me. I wouldn't trust this pharmacy, if you are chronically ill, or have surgeries or depend on medications, in order to be able to have a semi-decent quality of life. Not until they make some serious changes with their standard of care within their pharmacy department. You may be wondering how I could share all of this very personal information about myself.....well Pharmacy Manager Mallory has already made me feel so humiliated, I don't mind sharing these bits of information, if it helps prevent another person from being put in my position. I have also spoken to CVS corporate about this. I don't know that they took me as seriously as they said they were, and that they are really going to take action.....so I am writing this, to make sure at least some kind of warning gets out there, incase they don't respond to this situation appropriately. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Bate & Switch - Stopped at CVS to pick up some vitamins. A CVS employee new what I was looking for and showed me where they were. She said your its your luck day, they are on sale for $10... and that's what the price tag showed. At the checkout (a different CVS employee) rang me up and said that will be $17.... I said wait a minute, they were CLEARLY marked $10 and change. Then he tells me that price is only valid with a CVS card. Next he collected my personal information (name, email, ...) so I could get a CVS card, then comes back with the price is only valid if you buy two bottles of vitamins. Needless to say I walked out without purchasing the vitamins.

It is a great place to shop. It's even more awesome since they also offer drive up covid testing with reasonably quick results. The staff is so nice and friendly.

I wish I could take stars. The most unhelpful, unwilling and rude people ever. If you hate your job quit. Don't take it out on your customers

The pharmacy staff needs to either get a better personality in the hospitality industry. Pharmacy tech hung up on me. Didn’t care. Was rude the entire time because of the certain meds I was prescribed. Maybe you should change your staff as half of them walk around pretending their busy but are just walking in circles.

Like other people who have reviewed this CVS my experience with the pharmacy staff was unacceptable. When I asked the lady helping me why she had an attitude I was told that I was the one with an attitude. We tried walking in to get a COVID vaccine and I was told walk-ins were not allowed. When I told them their website and phone messages said otherwise I immediately got attitude from the person behind the counter. The manager and pharmacist should be fired for allowing their staff to be this rude.

Have had multiple problems with the pharmacy. Finally emailed their corporate office thats been 2 months ago and still no response. They are horrendously trained, rude and extremely slow. This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last couple of months. Management here needs to be changed before they start losing business

Had to change my rating due to a girl in the pharmacy. I lost my Covid vaccination card and wanted a new one. She said they couldn't supply one. I asked was there anyway to get one. She said no. I commented that was silly. She responded with "we aren't the ones that lost it." I did find out how on cvs.com which they should have known. Use local king's pharmacy rather than an impersonal corporation!

This is the slowest pharmacy ever. Told me my prescription would be ready in an 1 an a half well still waiting three hours later. Will changing pharmacy.

I just moved and needed to get meds. Went to CVS and even though I dealt with a rude young lady at the pharmacy, the manager was very polite and said he would address the issue. Then had the nicest, most polite, friendly, and overall best cashier you could want as your employee that checked me out with the rest of my purchases. It's because of this wonderful person, who made my day, that I will definitely be a regular customer at CVS!
