Worst Verizon store ever never have anything in stock and everybodys rude and they won't let u buy anything with cast u need a card or a account with them was going to buy to new phone fresh k them but how rude they where I went to Wooster instead

I went to the store intending to get a new phone plan as a new customer and was expecting to pay the 90 dollars for the unlimited plan. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised when I was kindly greeted by the one employee there, Skyler. He was more than kind and went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever had. GIVE THIS MAN A PROMOTION/RAISE! Anyways, I left a happy man, having saved some money, and will stick to Verizon solely on that experience alone. Thank you 🙏🏻
