Seth is very experienced. He has a wealth of knowledge about the land and the history as well as the wildlife and all the details anyone could possibly want to know. He has built an amazing business because he truly loves what he does. He had lived in this area his whole life and knows all there is to know. Great great great experience! Truly amazing. We saw so so many alligators. And the beautiful scenery was awesome.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time on this airboat tour!! Seth was awesome and full of knowledge. We went on land and water. We saw manatees, alligators, birds, cows, turtles. The scenery was beautiful. We were on a smaller boat that was able to access more areas than the bigger boats. We heard about the history of the land. This experience was a 10 out of 10 and something we will definitely do again!

We did the sunset airboat tour which was awesome! It was our very first time on an airboat and the whole family absolutely LOVED it! The tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable of the area which helped make for a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend Switchgrass Outfitters they were awesome!

Highlight of our trip to Florida. Seth/owner/guide is very knowledgeable and passionate about the gators and the whole eco area in general. He is very down to earth and full of cool facts and stories of swamps. Our kids (7 and 11) had an absolute blast and agreed it was 1 of the best things we did on our vacation. The boat is in excellent condition and very clean - you feel safe and in good hands. We did a sunset private tour and was worth it! The ride back through the magical setting sky colors and reflective glass water was just so special and beautiful. The Gators are PLENTIFUL! guaranteed to see itty bitty babies upto huge big 12 foot monsters. Really a memorable and fun! excursion.

Checked one off my bucket list. This was by far the best excursion I have ever been on, and I travel all over. What was unique about switchgrass outfitters was that it was not a typical tour boat. The boat was smaller and could really maneuver and get into small places. Our guide Seth was amazing, and a wealth of knowledge. He made our experience so enjoyable. We were a group of two adults and a 12-year-old. I cannot wait to go back.

Seth provides a very informative airboat tour of the St John's River waterways and swamp lands. Despite the warm weather we still had many many close encounters with alligators. Spotted probably 30 or 40 gators in addition to eagles, herons, and other wildlife. Enjoyed by everyone. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best activity that we have done in Florida. We took our two nieces agree 24 and 13 and they both said they enjoyed this more than any of the theme parks or anything else we have done. Cannot wait to come back to your with Seth. An extremely knowledgeable guide. The wildlife we saw was incredible, but Seth educating us about where the alligators live and how to see them in the caves, was so interesting. Cannot say enough good about their service! Best buy in Florida just make your appt and head to Christmas, Fl !

Seth gave us a great airboat ride. This is the second time we have taken a ride with Seth, and we chose him again because of the great experience we had the first time. This trip was even better. Seth is a great tour guide. He has a wealth of information about the local wildlife, both animal and plant, and knows where to go to show you unusual things you would not normally see. On both trips, we’ve seen bald eagles. The first time the river was high enough to go to the site of an active nest. On the second trip, we saw an eagle in a tree, which we watched soar for a while upon our approach. The second time, we went out for the ride on a warm spring day just after noon. Since it was warm there were alligators on the banks at every turn for a long stretch. Seth stops at points along the ride, where he turns the motor off and he points out and explains various animals, plants and trees. Seth also is very knowledgeable with the history of the St. John’s River and surrounding area. He tells how the river was used in the past by native Americans, and early settlers. If you like nature and want to see wildlife in their natural settings, you are not going to find anything like this airboat ride for a great experience. Every season you go out, you will see different things, because different plants may be blooming, different animals and birds are predominant, and different areas can be reached based on the height of the river at that time.
