We just spent a week at the Palm Pavilion Inn and went to this store multiple days during our stay. Each time, with the exception of one so we will forget that one, the staff were AMAZING! I have never felt the need to give a store a review before but they were so great. We met several of the staff and each were very friendly. The manager was also extremely nice!! The store was clean, well stocked with loads of great options :)

So the front counter employees really push trying to sell you a candy bar or peanuts on the front counter. She asked me 3 times and I told her politely no each time. I thought that was odd and once I paid and left the store, i was made aware by my boyfriend, that she had scanned some another item onto my transaction without my consent. Please watch what they scan, especially the girl employee with dark brown/black curly hair. It also wasnt until I read the reviews that I discovered, if they sell something on that front counter they will get a bonus. I'm assuming that is why she scanned the other item. I was given no reciept either. Highly disappointed and if you are the owner of this shop, you need have a talk with this employee and be watching the others. I feel as if I was taken advantage of over something so dumb. Will never spend my money here again.

Thank god for you! 24 hours and they make some fantastic donuts...im actually torn between these donuts and krispy kreme...😯..the staff here also rocks! Ask em questions! Theyre local and they know things!

The customer service here is seriously lacking! Some older woman working there was super rude and shouldn't be in customer service if she can't fake a smile and at least be polite! I am in customer service myself as a Nurse and despite rude people I am still smiling and polite! Maybe she should retire! Didn't catch her name but she was working at noon on 01.02.2020. The gas prices weren't horrible and the place was clean but they can't receive any hirer stars with rude cashiers! Management please in-service your staff on how to have friendliness despite their bitter home life! 🤷♀️

I normally don't do reviews on gas stations but this one I had to. To start off when I walked into the store everything was nice neat and clean the employees I believe there was three. A manager, cashier and a new hire. Every single employee I came in contact with was highly pleasant, friendly and properly dressed. I felt so comfortable, able to engage in casual conversations all related to the store. All I came in there for was a bag of chips and left with about maybe $10 worth of snacks. If I had to rate convenience stores inside gas station I would give this one definitely five stars. Actually, I did give it five stars! Anyway I purchase three candy bars from the front counter which in return led to the cashier being awarded $50 for meeting a goal of selling 10 candy bars from the front counter. Awesome store, great customer service. Thank you very much!!!

My biggest complaint is that the store workers have no clue what’s happening within the store. They have no red wine for purchase, and all of their white wine is kept on a warm rack, not refrigerated in which it should be. And they do not sell wine by the small bottles, only buy the entire bottle/cases of nine dollars or more. Not everyone is looking for an entire bottle or case of wine. Just sayin.....?

I was given a speedy rewards card again without asking for one. Since I know that’s their policy, i didn’t complain. However, when I left it on the counter, I was yelled at for not taking it with me. Already embarrassed, I told the clerk to just throw it away. She yelled at me again and told me it was my responsibility to throw it away. When I refused, she yelled at me some more on the way out the door. What a terrible experience. I’m local and will go out of my way to avoid this place.

Went to one pump, card didn't work, so drove to another pump, card didn't work. Went inside and guy says, "you gotta call the 800 number, we're all messed up." Ok great. So we left.
