Older guy who works at night is rude as hell. I walked in, and first thing he yells "What do you want?!" at me from across the store. Told him what I needed (prepaid card reload) and he cuts me off and says "Nah I don't do that." It struck me as strange because I'm almost positive he's done it for me before, as it is a service they offer and even advertise. Anyway, I told him he was being weird and went over to grab fountain drinks. Awesome, Diet was out. I had already decided to get what I needed elsewhere then, but decided to let him know about the soda on my way out as a courtesy. His reply? "Not my problem." Leave your bad day at home, guy. Or maybe the franchisee can just leave you at home until you learn how to treat people. That was not it.

The main reason to visit this location is purely as a matter of convenience. The staff is either very good, or absolutely terrible. The condition of the store also reflects this dramatic inconsistent quality in the management of operations. I have witnessed cashiers regularly be excessively rude to customers without any instigation, on one occasion, one of the female cashiers yelled at a customer over a brand of cigarettes they asked for. The customer asked for Camel Crush and the cashier grabbed a Marlboro Menthol pack of cigarettes. When the customer corrected her, saying that he had asked for Camel Crush. she got very mad and began yelling at him saying "NO YOU DID NOT! THIS IS WHAT YOU ASKED FOR, THIS IS NOT MY FAULT" I'm not sure why she had to argue over the brand of cigarettes, regardless of who asked for what, this attitude and behavior is by no means appropriate for someone working in the customer service industry. Would yelling at the customer suddenly change his mind and force him to realize that “Oh wait! I do want Marlboro Menthols instead of Camel Crush, I’m so glad I was yelled at so it knocked some sense into me,” It is not uncommon to watch the line for the register snake all the way to the entrance doors while one cashier is on a register and the other employees are busy with other tasks, such as restocking coffees or inventory on shelves. Tasks that were not a risk management issue (like a spill, or trip hazard, would be). nor a loss prevention issue as the McClane order wasn’t just delivered and needed to be checked in for accuracy. It appeared more to be just a way of avoiding working on a cash register and dealing with customers. On my most recent I saw an employee I guess come in for the evening shift in plain clothes and jump behind the register to assist with the line that people were waiting, despite there being multiple employees in uniform, I assume clocked in, just counting the minutes for their shift to be over instead of helping customers and allowing the next shift to even get her name tag or uniform on. (Kudos to this employee for prioritizing serving the customers) If you are in a hurry, hopefully you only need gas, and can pay at the pump. At least they have finally made their customer loyalty program much easier by using phone numbers rather then customers scrambling to find a barcode to scan or another app to load on their phone.

Well i was helping a friend and we stopped bye.. Store quite organized and the staff was very conscious.. I just got a coke but we got gas and a few grocery items for his house.. Nice in and out parking.. The lot was in great shape and the people there i said hi to were nice.. Yes most places in Davie are secure.. Thanks guys..😀😀

Went in for a pack of cigarettes and was treated very horribly. After the situation, i told them lady to have a nicr day and she replied with "whatever". Nice store, but very ghetto staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. GO TO WAWA INSTEAD!

Understaffed in evening with only one employee who tries her best. People are rude to her. It's not her fault, last time I went, the line was 9 people long. Where's the CEO from Undercover Boss on this one?.. returned to same station, no receipt received from gas tank...again..one employer in store. Parking lot is a dump.
