This gas station has the best empanadas I've ever had in my life its 5 oclock traffic rn and life sucks but when i stopped by this random chevron near my job i was pleased to find something more than a simple coffee i found the goldmine of homemade Empanadas

This Is The Only Gas Station I Know In Broward County That Taxes On Food. I Can Go To Any Store And Buy A Bag Of Chips And Not Get Taxed. But I Come Into This Gas Station And They Expect Me To Pay More For A Bag Of Lays Any Store Around This Place Is A Joke. The employee lady who works in the afternoons is absolutely rude. The breakfast place could move faster if the cashier wouldn’t be talking all the time.. they need new people to work otherwise they will continue to loose valuable customers..

Terrible customer experience. The cashier was so rude, she was on her cell the whole time I was there. First I got a lotto and pay for it, she was talking on the cell all the time, never said a single word to me. Then I went to use the toilets, after that I grabbed a drink and a snack, there was 2 customers before me, she was still on the phone speaking spanish with someone. My turn came up and she was still on the phone!!! no greetings to anyone, no nothing. It's a shame because the young lady is venezuelan, specifically from the city of Maracaibo where I was born before I came to USA and became a citizen, I can tell by her accent. I was compelled to say something but I guess she has to learn from her mistakes, she must have come here recently and obviously knows nothing about the customer service culture when you work directly with customers. Shame on her and this gas station. Will never return here. Not recommended at all.

The gas prices are the same as most stations and the inside store has fairly priced merchandise.

Mariah cashier is rude and and unprofessional. Waited in line for 10min for a customer which I understand. When it was my turn to get serviced she decides to take a customer from other side of register that was closed. When I asked for manager name and number she refused to provide either information and told me she she cannot. For someone to be a cashier she should not be qualified to be in that position of Mariah does not have the proper customer service. I live in this area a pay taxes not to be treated like that

I had such an unfortunate experience at this gas stations on 12/14/19 @3:15. The cashier with blondish hair was rude obnoxious and truly i can not understand how she would be given any responsibility with money. We used to stop at this station for coffee and snacks and gas because it was convenient but now we will go out of our way the leave if I walk in and see that person working. To the owner good luck. I hope you dont lose to much money. And to the cashier just because I dont look like I speak Spanish I clearly understood you.

Poor customer service should avoid the car wash.... have been going to this station for years with no issues then lately for some reason at night I will go for gas pay for a car wash and the car wash is out of service or shut down they no longer allow you to use the touch less part it's reserved .... I can seldome use the code for the car wash because when the car wash is open the ticket is expired .... call or look up the store they still have the contacts under the old owner the new owner doesn't want anyone talking to them.... maybe they are hiding from to many complaints? I called the corporate office on them and they don't even reply to corporate??? This station will not last or make the profit the old owner did....it's a shame it's a good location... there gas is usually a little higher then most but I didn't mind before and now they do not have someone there 24 hours a day guess if nobody is there they don't have to resolve issues .... avoid this place until management wakes up and realizes he needs happy customers to keep them coming back

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to rent a Uhaul...I found the friendliest and nicest staff that I have ever seen in a gas station/convenient store/food counter with tables/post office/uhaul rental. This was even during the stressful last days of Hurricane Irma preparation. I dont live in the neighborhood but I will give them my business when I can.
