I usually do okay at this Publix it's a little closer to my house than the one I frequently shop at which is at Flamingo Road and State Road 84. When I'm in a rush I do go to the Pine Island store. I have to say I do not find the staff as friendly or is helpful as I do at the other Publix. I had a very unpleasant experience with the express checkout person yesterday named Giovanna. Suffice it to say there was no eye contact , no hi did you find everything you wanted ? instead just attitude like she didn't want to be there . As I was gathering my bags a person who speaks the same language as she does came who was next online got a very friendly greeting and salutations in her native language and a smile and eye contact. Thank you

This Publix is really nice and clean, and the staff seem friendly, there was this one employee Ingrid who was super kind and helped me out immensely, 10/10 in all regards.

Screw these guys! I'm a bit tipsy at the moment. But that doesn't mean i can't put a few words together. The radical left agenda as we all know is affecting daily life in unexpected ways. But when supermarket checkout girls start believing it is their "duty" to avenge perceived racial injustice, it's our ( my) duty to strike back. So, this is MY offensive: Publix is a supermarket/grocery and is generally convenient. They have sushi in a pinch and fruit du jour, yet are generally over-priced. Okay. Fine. But when the cashiers start making political statements, it is time for confrontation. The squatty black girl cashier may have political pull among coworkers, but attacking the food customers should not be a cause celebre. A few days after "Jennifer" sprayed bug spray in the bag containing my sushi purchase, which I returned, another girl, a white, Jahmarie. A., rubbed some kind of ointment onto my 3 big, ripe peaches. I tried my best to remove the sticky stuff at home, ate them, got a 10-hour flash-head- cold, and am now calling the manager to review surveillance, leaving a threat-message to call police if he didn't get back to me. Their move!

It's always pleasant to come to the store. The majority of the employees do a good job, but there are some employees they see you walking around and trying to ask a question they don't even turn around to acknowledge you. Buffalo most part the store is clean the shopping carts wheels are smooth it doesn't matter which cart I pick up every time I don't have any issues picking a cart. The supervisors are great and the cashiers are super! Good job Publix Thank you for being in our neighborhood ☺️🙏
