We stopped in to get some oil, we came in just before closing time and when we couldn't find what we were looking for Michael stepped in and helped us out. He found the oil, took our phone # to check the system for our account and saved us 20 bucks because we had a coupon! Thank you for your amazing service Michael!!! First, I have never been to Auto Zone until today. I had been to other auto parts store but was always met with indifference and a feeling that they could care less whether I was there or not. Not so today. I was met by Nick shortly after arriving. After telling him my problem he immediately set to solving it. He confirmed the part I needed was in stock, got it, and changed it out for the part that had failed in the car. Nick was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am now a fan of Auto Zone and highly recommend this store for your auto parts needs.

Efficient & speedy customer service by Andrew (?) Sales Manager/Rep, a knowledgeable mechanic in my time of crisis. He was patient & informative, assisting me with my reoccurring car battery problem, & still was willing to come out to the parking lot to test my battery within minutes of closing which I very much appreciated.

Stopped by today looking for oil and to have a code read on my Hyundai Sonata and I was helped by AMAZING ANDREW. Not only did he greet me and help me without any issues he suggested what part I needed to fix the code in my car and even gave me a Detailed print out.
