This location is horrible to shop at, always only one register open. Other employees see the massive line build up but never try to help. People grocery shop here so customers with under 5 items will always be waiting for a long time in line. Horrible!!

5 min of shopping 20 minutes to pay. The young lady at the register is pregnant, nothing wrong with that but the other 4 employees stinking shelves could easily learn how to run a register. I feel bad for giving it one star cause it’s my neighborhood but the manager ignores the length of customers while staring at his phone acting to stack an already full shelf. I observed this while patiently waiting to be rung up with easily 10 ppl up to 3 to 4 items in front of me and about the same amount behind. It was good conversation with those close to me in line.

The family dollar in opa locka is horrible! Never have anything! And the employees can use some serious training in customer service! They need 2 go ahead and make it a dollar store or something! Cause everything about that store sucks! They need 2 get Shaun back! That's when things ran smoothly! My recommendation? Pass and go 2 the next family dollar!

This store location NEVER opens on time. I’m standing outside right now and it’s 8:01 and they have not opened the doors! The employees are always late. One would think if a retailer hours are from 8:00-10:00 that the employees will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to opening.

The cashier was very friendly however the store is a dump. Boxes are everywhere, freight that comes in is left in the aisle, displays are a mess. The idea of a security announcement saying "we are watching customers, cashier is everything okay" is demeaning to all customers who are in the store. I am not a regular Shopper but my mom likes to go here to get inexpensive items and that is about the only value the store brings at this time.

The store number 08383 the short Latin women who is a manger in this store is really rude and is always accusing costermers of stealing she don't welcome or smile at costermers she always Harassing and follows costermer around the store and when it's time for cheack-out ask costermers to open there bags or purse she even accuse a child telling her mother her 3 year old was a little thife in front of other costermer 2 weeks ago there was another lady who fell in the store because of water she she to the lady not to make a big deal of it that accent always happen then she a a seizure her friend called for help and the lady just smiled and humidity her in front of alot of costermer and also accused her in putting things in her purse she opened her purse didn't have Notting this mager and when she has a black costermer she has told them to get out of the store not welcome there calls them crack heads this mager is really discuting and racists shouldn't be working there I won't shop in that store no more until she gone it's a shame that the dollar store has people like that working there
