Dropped off my laptop to have Windows updated. They did a wonderful job and the pricing was very reasonable. I will be bringing another one of my computers in to be updated. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was very satisfied with the service.

Nice store with nice staff to assist you, that have alot of patience. While I was waiting, they were being very patient, even though the customer was rambling on and on about Best buy; I honestly almost dosed off. Update: Picked up computer and was not only fixed but works a whole lot faster!

A quaint little shop with just about any computer stuff you might need. They are very patient, when I walked in they were helping a customer that was asking a lot of questions and yet they made the time to help me and still listen to the other customer. Later.i decide to bring my desktop which is slow, I got it back from them and it was fast and only charged me 50.00. Now Office depot told me it was too old and that I need to replace it l but thanks to the ppl at Rac I am able to still use it. Thanks Rac,

Did not fix my computer, no refund, and wanted to sell me one of theirs! This place is a scam! Took it somewhere else and it was fixed in 5 minutes and for less than what I paid this place. The guy is a scam and can’t fix computers!

Its a pretty amazing Computer shop. I have been thrown out of other Computer stores, because I am a little eccentric and they get rude and throw me out. The good people at rac were very helpful and treated me nice and sold me a great flatscreen tv and a great price. Wish more businesses were like them.

I took it there to reassemble my laptop. I couldnt get all the connectors on my hp correctly. They tried to sell me a complete computer because "everything failed" .... I had already had it powered up but couldnt get the keyboard correctly hooked up. I would never take anything here. All I asked them to do was connect it correctly. They gave it back to me less assembled than before.

In Response to Josh Allen; his wife bought the computer in pieces and we have a signed statement from her filled out saying the computer was in pieces: D.O.A. and we have security footage. She stated all she wanted was the data. We recovered the data; we were never told to assemble the laptop. Josh Allen stated he was coming Saturday to decide what to do, never showed up. When he did show up, the technician was not in the shop and he asked why wasn't the laptop assembled, he was explained that the wife just wanted the data and we were never instructed to reassemble it. The technician attempted to call him back to see what he wants to do with the data, his call was never returned.
