I was visiting Hialeah city, and paid a stop at Publix supermarket and when leaving the place my car didn’t turn on. I did make a search for the nearest autopart and found this Autozone store and made a phone call to get help. The person at the phone (Mr. Ramon ) and once explained my situation he came to the parking lot within 5 minutes to rescue me. When he checked out what was happened it was the negative battery pole cable that was loosed and then jumped my car with starter jumper device that it is used for. I want to say thanks for your extremely attention to rescue and save my day.

Ramon and William we're Super Helpful!!! They were able to help me with my car as soon as I got there ! Great customer service from both guys. They gave me great advice when it came to the scratch on my car. The products they recommend was able to get rid of the scratch completely!!! I couldn’t be happier ! The General Manager Ramon was very very helpful. I had done an oil change about a month and a half ago and my car was telling me it was low on oil. I went in and expressed what I was going through, he quickly went outside and checked the oil in my car. He told me I was in need of a quart and showed me, he went inside took a quart from the shelf and added it to the car. He checked again and said I needed one more and once again showed me what he was doing. Ramon went inside, took another quart from the shelf and quickly put added it to the car. I paid and tried to give him tip but he wouldn’t accept it. I loved how humble he was and how everyone showed their interest in helping me. When I went inside to pay the cashiers asked if it was low indeed, I love how they showed concern for my issue. I will definitely continue to visit this store whenever I have the need to.
