The little skinny cashier with the glasses is rude! I had a buy one get one deal on the premade sandwiches and she was trying to tell me it was still regular price when I know Publix does a guarantee if they tell you the wrong price and give you the item for free but I had to go to customer service and get a manager to do that. Just general attitude right off the bat before that even happened. I get that you might not like your job but don’t go out of your way to be rude to other people.

Customer service could care less if you need assistance. They're back there hanging out and talking amongst themselves. If you don't speak Spanish they don't want to assist you at all

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Such rude employees and no energy whatsoever to give and help someone. Just quit your job at that point.

I am a student that sometime comes here for a snack or some food and nothing is wrong with the store but, the service is TERRIBLE!!!! I am constantly disrespected, there's a rule that students have to wait outside the store in the Florida SUMMER SUN because only 5 students are allowed inside ( sometimes I've had to wait 30 - 45min outside), there was this one time where I was walking around browsing the store looking for what I want to buy and one of the staff members just kept harassing me and my friends to hurry up after we had only been in the store for 2 minutes, then she said "you guys have 2 more minutes" not even 30 seconds later she saying your time is up and trying to make us leave, so not to cause any problems, me and my friends kindly left, lastly my friend has been accused of stealing a SUB sandwich a 1 FOOT LONG SUB, due to his bigger stature, they had no evidence against him but still they refused to let him in. There are some good staff members there for example one of the managers his name is Pierre, All the people who work at the bakery, and some of the cash register workers ( they are Really Nice). But for everything else I DO NOT RECCOMEND coming to this store I promise it is worth it to drive a couple minutes away to the next Publix.

As always Publix has a great variety of specials, but the best is buy one get one free. Store is spotless. Great variety of products. You can find everything you need for home or personal care. Deli is fantastic, great and yummy sandwiches. 1/2 sandwich will be enough for your hungry. Friendly customer service and fast checkout. Sometimes you going have lines, specially at lunchtime. It's the best supermarket in Florida. But as Texan, our HEB has much better prices, including orange juice from Florida.
