Havana Vieja Bakery

2022 love the pastelitos. 2020I love the bread at this bakery, no plastic bag here, just fresh crispy bread. Coffee was good (half colada 0.75) cuban sandwich $4.50. excellent tostada. Very pleasant friendly personnel. Havana is the only place where they do not undercook their pastelitos. I really hate the RAW dough in the center ... but NOT HERE, it is cooked all the way. ~Angelo

Publix Super Market at El Mercado Shopping Center

The little skinny cashier with the glasses is rude! I had a buy one get one deal on the premade sandwiches and she was trying to tell me it was still regular price when I know Publix does a guarantee if they tell you the wrong price and give you the item for free but I had to go to customer service and get a manager to do that. Just general attitude right off the bat before that even happened. I get that you might not like your job but donโ€™t go out of your way to be rude to other people. ~Joseph

Publix Super Market at Hialeah Plaza

Huge Market !! IMHO if not one of the best subs in Miami the famous chicken tender sub, you can eat it while still hot on their premises, my ex loves their beef but I find it price wise expensive I think is just we males have the hunting instinct and I look for competitive bargains, not strict halal or kosher but stamps could be find in some products. At deli they will cut all meat using same equipment maybe if asked equipment could be momentarily sanitized nothing too orthodox. If looking for halal or kosher in an urgency this will suffice. God had mercy May God protect us. ~Yaset

Publix Super Market at Country Club Plaza

It's an old Publix with the very small deli so good luck getting anything fried or anything quick even if you're standing there when it comes out because there's so many people waiting for it. I ordered a sub from the deli first thing in the morning to be picked up in the afternoon and it didn't get made which is understandable.. they're busy and things happen but when I spoke to the manager George regarding what had happened he refused to give me a discount on the sub telling me I didn't have proof and in the adult years of my life that I have actually ordered a sub from Publix over the phone number once have I gotten any type of confirmation number or anything like that because they don't give them so thanks a lot George I ended up having to leave because the sub that was supposed to be made after I got off of work wasn't made and no discount or apologies whatsoever were. I work outside and I look pretty grubby and I could tell that because of that he assumed that I was homeless or something like that and was trying to get a free deal.. thanks a lot George ~Pool
