Honestly, why would this establishment hire old people when they’re going to complain about doing there job in the heat. It clearly says free installation for wind shield wipers and battery test. Both of those I’m sure are done outside under the sun at every location. It’s clear that this hobe sound advanced auto parts standards for hiring people is very low. Very dissatisfied

Service with a smile! Had to pick up a new plug for my backpack blower. It was found quickly, was more affordable than WalMart or Home Depot. The staff here is very friendly and always helpful!!!

Came by kinda late I felt (7:30 ish) last Thursday. The guy at the counter was soo helpful!! I appreciate that so much. I was in desperate need of a battery unexpectedly. He was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Like layout and is great if your not gonna order whatever you need online. Take advantage of savings on app or if first time customer. Wide range of products and customers should find what they need. Maybe even something better!

Went there to buy a radiator. Paid cash, in case. Said it wasn't available till the next day. That's good. Left there and went to Napa, in stock for $120 less. At least I got the $230 back right away. Guess I will only be able to make the right decisions with Napa.

I used to always come here for parts and service since I moved to Martin County in 2015. That had changed over the past year or so. Customer service at this location went from an 8 to about a 1.5. 1 of the 2 employees I used to always get help from is no longer at this location and when I try to wait on the gentleman I know is knowledgeable, he's doing multiple things at once (not his fault, everyone is relying on him it seems!). I refuse to go to this location anymore and I go to get fast and friendly service from the employees at AutoZone down the street. Lastly, anyone with a braincell should know that in order to test a car battery you have to disconnect at least 1 side of the terminals on it. Apparently a few workers at this store don't know this!

The most wonderful help of all Advance Auto Parts stores I received in Hobe Sound from Everest who try to help me with my tail lights even installing some new taillights he suggested which was very helpful and made an awkward situation great
