This place needs a new manager or owner to step in . You wait for 15 mins to order because of long lines you order an iced coffee the way you want it Amount of flavor and sugar and you get it back with no sugar and it taste like S*#+t and HOT hardly any ice . The staff of young kids have no idea how to make coffee even if you tell them how . Its the only DDs in 10 mile and it’s worth the drive to get a good cup of ICED COFFEE and SERVICE . After complaining to cooperate and they don’t even respond or compensate you just take the 10 to 12 min drive up to Stuart it’s worth your time. This is the worst DDs out there !! Very disappointed customer I visit 3 times a day but refuse to waste my money here at this Hobe Sound DDs …. Tired of wasting my money !!! Don’t wait yours take the drive up to Stuart next to Big Apple pizza and Wendy’s ..

I used to favor Mc D's as my out-of-office meeting place but I find the newer Dunkins as a much more favorable, quieter place. The coffee and donuts are no slouch.

Worst…Worst…Worst… DDs out there! Lines are slow, handing hot iced coffee out, nasty and dirty etc. Coffees Wrong 99.99% of the time. The only reason why even anybody comes to this trash place is because there isn’t another one for 10miles. If your only going to hire teens at minimum wage to save money, do a more thorough interviews! If I didn’t have to put option of a star, I wouldn’t have.

I love love love Dunkin' donuts but I'm not sure if it's the post COVID experiences I've been having with so many drive-thrus or if it's just these particular locations, but I have been to this particular location twice in the past month. It had been at least 3 months since I was there the first time. The first time the staff was ok, but after I paid and got to the second window they told me that they didn't have any croissants, and I had ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant like I always do. So I had to switch to a bagel. When I got home and began to eat it I could barely chew through it bc it was so hard. I also usually get one glazed donut and one chocolate frosted as well when I'm there. They were out of both kinds, so I got one vanilla frosted & one strawberry frosted, and both were stale. When I finally got the nerve to go back and try again I had a bit better experience. The staff were extremely friendly! They even gave me extra bacon on the side for my dogs, but they forgot to put the bacon on my bacon, egg and cheese croissant. They sell sides of the bacon (which I got) and had I known it wasn't on my sandwich I obviously wouldn't have eaten it on my way home straight out of its little bag, Plus the dogs ate their free one also. I would have been happy to still have it so I could have added it to my sandwich. However, I wasn't upset or anything too much because they were still so kind and they'd given me the free side of bacon for my dogs as well. That goes a long way with me. So, I went back a couple of days ago and I decided I would check my order this time before I drove off this time. The problem was that I paid $4.99 for that extra side of bacon for my dogs and there was probably two pieces of bacon all broken up in the little bag. Usually the bag is full and high and this was barely even half full! I almost said something but I decided I just wasn't going to return there anymore. The donuts were so good though. They were fresh and they actually had them available, so I was happy on that aspect of things. Therefore, the mixture of the good and the bad merits the three stars given.

I have been here 30 to 40 times. I would say they get my order wrong 25% of the time. They are also very slow and the drive thru gets backed up so far it can take 15 minutes or more to order. Without a doubt the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. AVOID IT

The absolute worst Dunkin' Donuts location I have ever been to. Order is always wrong. I can't tell you how many times I've been given someone else's order. Hot orders are given to me cold. I do not recommend ever going to this location. It's trash.

VISITED THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS ONE SEPTEMBER AFTERNOON TAKING THE MARTY BUS TO BRIDGE ROAD AT US1 AND THINKING OF A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE BEFORE STARTING MY NORTHBOUND FITNESS WALK ON US1 TO PORT SALERNO , AND FOUND THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS . THE TWO YOUNG LADIES WORKING THAT DAY WERE ACCOMMODATING AND THE DINING ROOM HAS DUNKIN' DONUTS MEMORABILIA FROM DECADES IN THE PAST . THEY OPEN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING HOWEVER THEY CLOSE AROUND 8:00 P.M. AS I RECALL . IF YOU ARE A COFFEE LOVER YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED and you CAN use your DUNKIN' DONUTS GIFT CARD too . I will admit up front that i work here, but i can honestly say that this is one of the best groups of people ive worked with. Theyre happy, friendly, and nice. Theyre hardworking and do their best to get everything right for their customers. Nichole and Carly are amazing managers and will always listen if you have a complaint and will their best to resolve it in a friendly, timely fashion. Our baker, Jess, is creative and truely has a passion for her work. I promise if you give us a chance, we will do our absolute best to impress you and to start your day with a smile :)

Brand new state-of-the-art Dunkin' Donuts, friendly staff, great service and an inviting dining area with new flat screen tv's. I would definitely recommend stopping by for an iced coffee and a donut!
