Very neat and clean. Good toilet service. Most of the gas station’s toilets are dirty. They kept the location very neat and clean. Nice customer services, good behavior and fast services. I like it. Will come again for sure.

We came with a bunch of friends and family to make our YouTube channel videos in Hollywood beach. We spend some times in the location, that’s very neat and clean. Cashier let us use the toilet and we bought bunch of items. We all decided to give a big thumps up to this Shell.

Neat and clean gas station. Pumps are working good. Variety of drinks, sodas, wine and beer collection. They have a lot of e-cigarettes collection that will confused you which one to pick. Variety of items within a small spaces. Liked the management.

This gas station is small with not much inside but that's ok. The problem I have is the price they charge for Newport cigarettes. They charged us $10.19 for a pack of Newports when they average price in the state of Florida is $7.00. Where do they think they're selling from.....a night club? Not ok......thieves! Never again will I buy at a shell gas station.....maybe gas if I'm stranded somewhere and there isn't any other gas station in sight!!!!

The gas pumps take their sweet time. If you’re trying to get anywhere don’t come here. Everytime I give this place a shot pumps are down, card readers don’t work, or the pumps are slow. This is ridiculous

I am very disappointed with the customer service. the staff in charge is not competent to provide a good service, on Saturday I went to put gas and buy a beer, it was 11:40 and the cashier told me to wait because they were doing the shift change, when they arrived to attend me they were 11:53 and they told me that I didn't sell beer because it was 12pm, it wasn't 12pm and they didn't have to talk to me with attitude .

Spent $30 on gas here this morning and the cashier refused to give me the bathroom key. He wants you to buy something. I bought gas. Not cool.
