Although occasionally there are long queues the staff are very helpful when you get to them and very accommodating. The PO boxes could use am occasional can on air treatment though. I found a leaf if mine recently.

I can't believe I'm leaving a 1 star review for a post office but here we are. I just tried going to the post office to mail a few packages. I could not. You might say, "but why, it was only 2:10". You'd be right to ask that, because the posted hours say they are open until 2:30. Apparently, these folks close the doors early. Must be nice. This was my 2nd visit here to mail some packages, the first wasn't great either. Terrible customer service but chalked it up to someone having a bad day. I'm reading all these reviews and it makes sense. This place is terrible.

Personal and business bank information are constantly being left on a table or someone else's box vise versa in our place of business. Mail carriers are not reading the names or labels to scan mail that are clearly visible on the commercial mail boxes.

This is the main post office for the city of Brockton now referred to as the City of Champions. It's a tradgedy when you enter into this post office and find yourself at Chrissy's window where you may receive an upbrupt, disrespectful woman who speaks over you after you've patiently waited in line. When asked to speak to a Supervisor or member of Management. Your met with an elevated voice stating, "They're just going to tell you, what I already told you"! When speaking with the manager, I requested the opportunity to file a written complaint regarding Chrissy's attitude. She echoed in the background, " My attitude"? This is a sad display in front of my young son to witness Chrissy's behavior. Being a proud native of Brockton, I was appalled. My packages are being picked up without my knowledge. Good Grief.

I HAVE MADE A REQUEST YO FORWARD MY MAIL FROM ONE ADDRESS TO THE NEXT, IT'S BEEN MONTHS NOW I HAVEN'T BEEN RECEIVING MY MAILS TO THE FORWARDING ADDRESS, I HAVE IMPORTANT MAILS THAT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I'M ALSO TRYING TO CALL THE POST OFFICE ON COMMERCIAL STREET BROCKTON FOR THE PAST MONTH AND NO ONE IS PICKING UP AND THE MAILBOX IS FULL. THIS IS HIGH CLASS NONSENSE AND EVERYTHING IS NOW BEING BLAMED ON THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC SITUATION NOW. Frustrated Customer

Rude staff starting with management! Manager in charge of mail delivery is rude and miserable. Has ZERO customer service skills and acts like he totally hates his job. It is Sad to say that he is a federal employee dealing directly with the public.

My passport never made it back to me after it was processed. They delivered my passport to another address and made up some lie about how my name and address was misread by the system. Just some bogus lie. Dont even bother to complain, the supervisors never take actions when complaints are made. Also, I've been getting other people's mails and packages at my mailbox. Totally poor service on there part.

Beyond upset because I purchased 100 dollars worth of stuff and the app showed it was delivered but upon checking it wasn’t there because someone finally stole it cause ,the carrier/driver wanted to be careless and just simply leave my valuables outside on the stairs and not consider what area she’s in. Don’t bother filing a claim cause supervisor won’t do nothing. just contact the seller or sender directly and ask if they could resend instead.

They lost my mails more times than I can count. When I went to see about it they just told me “sorry” that there wasn’t anything they could do. The mail man also kept putting my mails in other people’s boxes, like 50% of the time. All this has costed me hundreds of dollars due to important notices being late or never appearing in my box. they have returned my mails to sender without ever making an attempt to deliver to me...I’ve paid for certified, registered mail, just so it could go to the intended recipient, but somehow the person who processed it at the counter got it all wrong and my mail was delivered to the wrong person...I could go on and on about their incompetencies...I finally complained (three times) and the manager always said “I will speak with the mail man” and nothing changed... the worst post office ever!

We had checked online and two packages were supposedly already delivered but we received no notice, so we called. They sent the driver back out with the biggest package but he said he didn't have the smaller one which contained baby clothes for our son. However, after we had returned to the house, there was a knock at the door and the mail carrier had searched through his truck and found the smaller package. We were relieved and grateful. Thank you!
