This store has a lot of winter clothes. They have great prices on t-shirts jeans and sweaters. I found so many items I didn't knew they had like shoes, toys, perfume, jewelry and so much more. This was my first time at Old Navy. I'll be coming back for their awesome sales.

Love shopping there. BUT there customer service can used some help. My mom is 84 years old and wanted to used the restroom and was told she couldn't used 🙄 it.I do understand rules.I think they could of made an exception. I had to go next door to 5 & Below. This was an inconvenience to us.

The womens clothing here aren't so much my style, although i love their jeans, sandals, slippers and some accessories they sell. But Old Navy is actually my favorite place to shop for my daughter & my guy because of the great selection of clothing for them. Prices are reasonable and there's always sale here! Definitely recommend visiting or shopping here 1000%

I visited this store with my daughter in search of work clothes for her new job. She just needed a few dressy causal outfits to wear in the office on Fridays. We found a few things but not a lot. The store didn't have many items and what they had was overpriced. I was more successful online than in the store. In several items I purchased in store were much cheaper online. It appeared like many stores they were trying to make up for revenue lost due to all the closures due to COVID-19.

Great stuff for the kids. Old navy is known to carry nice things for plus size, but this old navy doesn’t. Kind of sad because they should be inclusive everywhere. Couldn’t shop for everyone in one spot because of it.

Great place to shop but need improvement in customer service. No one will greet, cashiers seems in a hurry and in an unpleasant mood. Not very welcoming atmosphere...

The store is beautiful, I think way too big, but very disappointed, no specials on Jean's for men.

Horrible customer service, I was there to change a jean and I didn't have the receipt. I talked with someone in the floor and she said that I can change the jean for anyone and paid the deference depend on price. When I choose the jean and go to the cashier the manager said that I need the receipt to change the jean which I didn't had. After I decide to take the jean and go away, the Manager said that I need to pay $5 to take out from the store my own jean. I never heard that before and I never go to that store again . Anyone that want to change something remember the receipt.
