I would of rated them alot better but I was disappointed with the service in this area and I wasn't able to use the app to retrieve coupons. I am a frequent buyer at Family Dollar but I won't be returning to this one.

Wow. I lost brain cells coming here. The employees don’t know how to process an order, and the managers are just as lost. If anyone in corporate reads this, contact me cause this is ridiculous. The 800 customer service number is just as useless as the management

I walked into the store and she said hello and I responded back by saying hello back but as I proceeded down the aisles other associates was talking real loud and another so she was eating and I don't think that's very professional and then what gets me the most is that you're talking about in Spanish nine times out of ten it's about the customers and that's rude I don't appreciate it when I was growing up they say if anybody's in the room everybody talks the same language that way there's no problem but if somebody in the room do not speak the same language that is rude and disrespectful the store should be the same it's business should be everybody who comes through your door not segregating it's just one language I know times are different but it shouldn't be that different where everybody can speak the same language in the same business area I have a multiple language family but we all speak one language so everybody can be in it and understand what everybody is saying

A/C is not working, it has been like that for 2 weeks that is my local store, there is only one person at the cash register, all tge canfy is melted on the shelfs, a long line for 1 cashier, I got home and my purchase of chocalate mints were melted.

The staff always have a bad attitude and they don't want to take care of customers, also talking all the time about personal things, you can listen all.the way in the back, how they get wic and foodstamps lol ridiculous. I like the new store in Campbell Dr. More organized and better inventory.
