Don't even bother.. Definitely the C team working there. Gave me the wrong tires the first time I went there.. then tried to over charge me on a baring. Went in there today and one dude was sleep on the front desk! I went to have a tire pressure sensor reset they said it wasn't reading and still charged me 24 dollars! Too exhausted to argue

Could give 0 if possible. Went in for an alignment and they attempted to charge me $100 and then came to me saying it would be another $100 to do the actual labor that comes with doing an alignment.

The online website quoted me a service appointment for new tires, labor, and tax at $480 dollars. My appointment was confirmed 1st by an e-mail. Then I was sent a second email that thanked me for confirming my appointment and did not elude to the fact that the invoice at the bottom of the email was $500 dollars higher than the booked services. I called them to discuss and after advising I would pick up my vehicle before any work could be done, they stated they would honor the booked cost. I requested an invoice with the promised amount be re-emailed. I did not receive the invoice until after being notified the services were complete. They called to recommend an alignment be done for a one time payment of $97. They failed to let me know that the $97 dollars did not include an exuberant amount of labor and tax. I paid finally for my car which they brought up to $718 dollars. This was deceiving and of very poor business practices. Let alone the fact that this location is on an active duty military base, and they’re taking advantage of those serving our county.

Went in to get a tire patch on a flat, it took them 3 hours do it. Not only that they tried to sell me 4 tires, a wheel alignment, and a diagnostic fee, instead of just patching my tire like I asked for in the first place.

Always a pleasant experience whenever I need to take my car in to get its oil changed. I’ve gotten my car’s oil changed here 3 times and I always feel taken care of whenever I do. The staff are very friendly and keep you up-to-date with the status of your car. I recommend making an appointment online when you need to have maintenance done on your car.

I Was questioning going here due to the low reviews and honestly took the risk because it was convenient. I recently did an oil change and made sure the fluids were good and tested the battery in my wife’s car before I took it here to get new tires put on. They called me and said - all fluids are perfect, battery is good and your rotors have a little surface rust which requires no fix and is common with the humidity in Florida - I think the low reviews are due to people having cars and not doing the regular maintenance required on vehicles, then when they are told there are things wrong with the vehicle they freak out because they don’t want to pay to fix something they can’t see/feel is wrong with the vehicle. Just my opinion.

I ran over a chunk of wood on my way to work, blew front and bubbled rear tire. Two new tires, balancing and alignment. Car still vibrated. Subaru dealership found this. Both rims were bent, they said nothing to me. Took my money and let me drive away on these. Don't go here for anything.
