My experience usually great however tonight I was upset leaving out with money instead of gas or snacks. First I was so happy they had a full order of rack of red velvet donuts and normally they clean out quick went early but lady ad self aerved donut caae zip tied and when I asked if I could purchase she replied she was not selling them till later. Like when did that start where they refused money and happy customers products. Then nobody could check out using plastic so nobody was leaving satisfied. Fix whatever policy changed sales of my favs due to what time it is and the system down, unacceptable we have no other stores in area open so that 711 is essential.

DO NOT PAY WITH COINS THEY WILL SHORT YOU MONEY AND LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I tried to pay for gas with ROLLED coins and I had $18.50 and they told me I only had $15. THIS IS WRONG!!!!

My car was overheating so as a regular customer and neighbor of this location I pulled into the parking lot to let the car cool down. My partner and I purchased 2 Slurpees and proceeded to wait in our vehicle. Within literally 15 minutes of us being there, 2 police officers approached us and said the manager Donna called to say we needed to leave! I was embarrassed and appalled and immediately showed the officer how new and fresh our drinks were, (not even slightly melted). We were never asked to leave and had no communication with ANY staff other than paying for our drinks. The officer then stated he did not agree with why they were even called in the first place as we had done absolutely nothing wrong and said Donna insisted on “trespassing” us from this location. I am disabled and have never been “trespassed” from anywhere before this incident in my life! I am a regular customer of this location and currently have over 1,100 rewards points. I was completely embarrassed and this is not the first time that Donna has mislabeled and stereotyped customers solely based on race and called the police. This is HORRIBLE and DISAPPOINTING as a whole 711!

I use to live near this 7-11. It use to be a great place to go. While I haven't minded leaving my backpack by the glasses rack by the front door in previous visits (as I had been asked to in previously), the recent change in store policy to leave bags outside is untenable. I don't own a car and ride a bike, and considering the policy is in place to prevent theft, I simply don't feel comfortable leaving my bag outside unguarded. I didn't think to ask whether or not the store was liable for stolen property as a result of this policy, but I seem to doubt they are. Therefore, I have no choice but to no longer return to this location, which is a shame because they have a wider selection than the southside Lakeland location (which doesn't have a policy on bags being brought in). I would have made this a 1 star review, but I'm giving it a two for Dan and Debbie. I don't know if they still work there, but they've always been friendly and helpful whenever I would stop by. Thanks for the memories, yall.

LOVE LOVE LOVE , this location. Donna and Nancy are the best. No other 7-eleven compares!!! They are fast and super friendly. Have not had a bad experience yet and have been stopping by about 3 days per week for the last 6 years.

Please check your schedule for this date/ time and re-train your staff. Unless, of course, you never trained them in the first place.

Clean and friendly store. Employees are the best! That being said, the owner wears his mask dangling from one ear and even though his employees wear mask and he has the sign on the door, I watched 8 people this morning walk in without mask and the owner said nothing.
