Today I came in @10am for bagels. There was no one in front of me and no one behind me, it was quiet. Some workers were making sandwiches (probably phone orders). The girl behind the counter not busy, took slightly over 7 minutes to acknowledge me. There was very limited bagels, one plain which I had my eye on since I walked in, poppy seed and wheat. Maybe there were other choices ,but I didn't take notice. As I was waiting patiently for this girl to help me, another girl (employee) walks in and says, " hey, save me that last plain bagel" so now the girl behind the counter grabs it out and puts it to the side. Well, I end up getting one poppy seed and 2 hard rolls now. By this time there is about 5 people in line behind me. Service was terrible . Hard rolls were old, not fresh, bagel just ok. Not sure what was going on here today, but it was quite a disappointment. How could you be out of bagels 10am on fathers day no less! And employees need training in customer service..

I just paid $14 for a Chicken Cutlet BLT and the tomato was thicker than the chicken. Total scam! Not to mention employees bare handing ready to eat bagels. Gross!

No real lines. Tip: order coffee on the left as you walk in and order food to your right where you pick up. Good itself is wonderful and not too long of a wait. CASH only. And the bagels do sell fast if you are getting a few. The hashbrown added to the egg and cheese is amazing would recommend.

This is amazing place love the food been going here for a while now and these last two times I went they don’t have all the ingredients for a meal #7 The spinach & the basil which makes the meal even better and they don’t let you know and I don’t like that and still charging full price for the meal I feel like i’m being ripped off

Got a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese and my boyfriend got a plain bagel with bacon and eggs. 20 minutes after we ate here our stomachs felt off. We were fine all day until we ate there this morning and are just starting to feel better. You really have to be going out of your way in doing something wrong for a plain bagel to give people an upset stomach.
