Just got a battery done there. It was raining and I was worried about install. Tommy was very nice and while we had to wait a minute for it to calm down he got it in in two minutes right before it started to poor again. Was very nice and friendly about it too. 😊

The sales person (Timothy maybe?) Was wonderful. I went in during the rain to buy new wiper blade. Not only did he go out in the rain to measure and make sure I had the right size, but he also went back out in the rain to put the wiper on for me so I'd have a good wipers to get home. I've been in this particular store two other times in the last few months and had exceptional service both of those times as well!

Went in on Monday Memorial day with an issue on how to remove the hose clamp on my bottom radiator hose in order to change the coolant and had great help from team member Ashley. When often times the associate is occupied with other things besides what you are needing help with Ashley took the time to help me in every way possible. We didn't get the problem resolved but regardless she totally went above and beyond to help me. She is a sweetheart and total professional and I will gladly do business with her again.

Went in to purchase a brake light. The guy at the counter said,"I'll be right with you." But when another customer walked in he skipped me and went directly to the new customer. It felt awfully racial to me considering the hispanic employee purposely ignoring me dropped whatever he was doing to help the hispanic customer. We walked out. Across the street at Auto Zone it was the exact opposite service. I was in and out with my light in about 3 minutes. Advanced Auto Parts will never see me again no matter what. Advanced Auto Parts is absolute garbage.

Car wouldn’t start got a jump and drove to advanced Joe checked battery and alternator and it ended up being the battery. So Joe replaced it for me. He was so helpful and took care of me right away. Very satisfied customer
