This place is dishonest. I went in for a trim. Jada was my stylist. After she finished my hair. I walk to the counter to pay her. My cut was $18. I gave her what I thought was $25. I accidentally gave her $45. When I realized I had given her too much money I called her back. She says I didn’t, but my receipt says other wise. I also talked to the manager and she was no help. She was supposed to call me back today but didn’t. I am very disappointed that they did this to me. I started going to Great Clips when I was living in Alabama where I grew up. Been in Georgia for 3 years. This was my second time at this Great Clip. Worst time ever! Service: Haircut

I came here today to get my hair trimmed, I asked for just half an inch off my hair, however when my "stylist" asked about a grown out undercut I had about a year ago and i told her that I was letting it grow out. She also said that my hair was damaged which was caused by me dying my hair again, something I already knew and didn't need to be told. The women then proceeded to cut about 4 inches off the front of my hair and and about 2 and a half inches off the back, in addition I also asked for layers which i was told "We don't do layers we do short, medium, and long" and was given very choppy layers anyways. My hair was very unevenly cut just all around. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and they said it was so bad the only thing they could do was to cut off more of my hair and blend the layers the best they could. It was not worth the money i spent and I would like a refund. IF you are thinking about going here don't you will hate it. Service: Haircut

I went to this location for the very first time for a shampoo only and I left completely satisfied. As a woman w/ natural hair, it can be a little tedious managing it all but Debbie was really helpful. Super nice and sweet && she had a general interest in how I maintain my hair. She took her time detangling my hair && was careful as to not yank/pull my hair. I truly appreciate all of her effort && her wanting to actually learn about hair that is somewhat different than what she is used to. Thank you! I will return.

I understand that you get what you pay for, and I apparently paid for an argumentative stylist who was just going to do whatever she wanted with my hair. It was parted incorrectly even though I told her where my natural part lies (multiple times), and now my hair is uneven. I also wanted only 4-5 inches cut off and ended up missing about 8-9 inches by the end. I've used Great Clips for years and have never had an experience like this one. I have gone here for years...never again. I signed up online and wait time was 8 minutes. When I arrived it was 12 -- ok I can deal with that. I was next in line but a stylist took a man who was there after my name and proceeded to cut his. No problem, another was finishing up and she said she would be right with me as soon as she cleaned up her station. She never returned. Then another stylist (and I am using that lightly) finished and she took me back. She asked how I wanted it cut and I told her and she argued with me that I did not cut it that way last time. I told her I know, I want it shorter for the the spring/summer coming soon. She still argued with me and cut it how she wanted and I told her I wanted it shorter. Back and forth and finally I had enough. Never again. If you want to go to Great Clips go to another one and not the one in Hiram.

Beth and Rena were both working the night I came in. I received a wonderful shampoo from Beth who was a delight to talk to, I just needed a shampoo before my wedding and she handled my tender headedness with professional sincerity! It was near closing and Rena worked diligently to clean the salon it was a great experience! Great girls! Service: Hairstyling
