Zero star. I went there this morning to follow up my prescription. Both the staff and the pharmacist (Thao) were rude and loud. Other staff at the pharmacy are not that bad, but these two really dragged down the service quality to the lowest.

My family had a walk-in flu shot at this CVS Pharmacy this evening. I was pleasantly surprised that the process was seamless and effortless. The flu shot service was reasonably quick and the pharmacists were courteous. And we got the $5 off $20 purchase coupons per the flu shots. We bought some toys and snacks for my kids, and the checkout staff helped us use the coupons at the maximum discount. Glad I visited this place today!

Store is good, nice change for seasons. Pharmacy is fantastic. Always recognizing their regulars, very fast to fill meds. I'm always happy to see them. Makes me want to get more illnesses just so that I can get more medications just so I can see them more often. :)

I couldn’t agree enough with all the 1 star reviews for this CVS location. The pharmacist is knowledgeable. However, The staffs are extremely rude with bad attitude in every interaction . It’s just so pathetic how CVS would hire these losers at this prime location. Just be prepared to be treated like inmate if you still prefer to choose this CVS.

I dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy and got called back a couple hours later saying the prescription was ready for pick up. After arriving, they had no record of my prescription. While a pharmacist was helping locate my prescription, another pharmacist yelled from the back that it was probably sent to the CVS on Cox Ave. because, "It happens all the time." In response, I requested my prescription back, but they could not find it. About a month later, this CVS called me again saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I did not need it anymore though since I picked it up at the CVS on Cox.

The systems they use simply don't work correctly most of the time. I have automatic refills on some items and they text me seemingly at random telling me to come pick up prescriptions that are not due yet. Other times they automatically refill a prescription that was never on auto refill. Sometimes they text me when a prescription is ready, sometimes they don't. Terrible systems ...

Do not use this pharmacy. Long lines, slow service. Importantly, the lead pharmacist questions and even refuses to fill certain prescriptions after conferencing directly with the doctor. She told me that I needed to go to another doctor. No one needs a pharmacist who second guesses a physician's judgement. She even asserted that her co-worker, another pharmacist who was actually there at the time, had erred in filling the same exact same Rx the previous time. (This was not the first time I had gone to this CVS to get this medication.) For years there was no issue until the specific pharmacist switched to this location last year. Avoid!! If you don't need to use the pharmacy, the rest of the store is just fine.

I don’t know why there are negative reviews🤔. I have been going to this CVS for past 10 years (for even stuff like milk to avoid long Safeway lines) for over the counter med, all my Misc items, pic printing....etc and never had a single bad experience. Always a smile from their front desk checkout staff and always found quick & helpful pharmacy staff. I hope they flourish and do well so I have a quick stop shop with no lines (in my neighborhood). And I am a tough customer, want the best service always, no compromise. CVS staff rocks!

I always prefer this location. Plenty of parking and always well stocked. I never used the pharmacy though.

The staff at the pharmacy can be rude at times. It is important to be patient with the callers. I would recommend a Customer Service classes to some of the younger staff. I would write a much better review for Mary in the separate review, because I would like to give her 5 stars for her great people's skills.
