Workers standing around and only 2 people working and those 2 kept stopping to smoke....its a no wonder Blue Beacon always has a line and there is never one at Truck O Mat anymore...you use to be top notch, now your scraping the bottom of the barrel

Got washed and after 5 minutes outside you can see all of the spots missed. Now waiting in line to get REWASHED!!!!! IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I CONSIDER COMING BACK TO THE WALCOTT LOCATION!!!!!!!☹😕

What ever happened to attention to detail. Wash and prewashed. Same areas still missed after advised of areas of concern. Ant all this at Walcott, Iowa. Supposedly the premier of all truck washes. Got the salt off is pretty much it. You can see the mirrors glass never seen a brush and only one pipe on back of cab didn't see a brush either. Overall just a piss poor job.
