Nobody to take order at the register and all the food is over priced compared to a regular taco bell not in a truck stop. Went to Arby's across the street instead.

The girl that took my order was rude and unpleasant to speak to. Food was good though. I was thinking about getting something else but decided to go somewhere else because I didn't want to interact with the cashier again.

Burrito folding skills have returned, and queseritos are being toasted. Still, have to order and pay for extra ingredients in order to get them to fill them to normal size.

Stopped by I80 last night, girl who took my order was extremely rude and messed up my order. When I told her she messed it up, she constantly kept arguing with me and saying I was the one who messed it up and it was my fault. Someone in the back called some kid up to talk to me and he was very nice and gave me a refund and apologized. This place really needs to re think who they let do customer service.

They're pretending to be "out of" Mexican pizzas.... even though the same ingredients are available for everything else. They just don't want to clean the oven, is what it is.

They need to learn how to properly make tacos. Barely any meat or lettuce or cheese they are thin. Not like I use to make @ Taco Bell.

Wanted to buy some food, the girl working the till was the crustiest most unfriendly person in the whole place. I’ll never eat there again. Wendy’s next door has a much happier staff.

Stopped in on the way home from an all day volleyball tournament. My daughter was the only one of us who wanted Taco Bell. The rest of us grabbed Pizza Hut. She ordered her usual 4 chicken softshell tacos like should would from our local Taco Bell. An hour into our 2 hour drive home and her stomach started hurting. We no sooner got in the door at home and she was getting sick. She stayed up getting miserably sick all night long. Food poisoning confirmed the next day. The only thing this location did was permanently ruin her love of Taco Bell for good.

Ordered Nachos Bell Grande. Absolutely NO meat what so ever. Got beans and cheese. Also ordered extra nacho cheese on them. which I paid for, and didn't get. Bunch of kids more worried about gossiping and acting stupid than worrying about their customers.
