16JUL2022 @ 18:27:41. I arranged a shower at this location. This system works by assigning shower numbers next to customer numbers, on a Flat-Screen Display. As they become available, thereās usually an audible announcement as well. There was a few customers ahead of me according to screen readout. I was number 129. Number 126 was assigned a number. Average wait periods can be up to 30 minutes. So, I sat down in the laundry room, located in the same hallway as the showers. However, after 10 minutes, an employee passed by me in the laundry room. I got up and checked the screen because I saw the same employee helping another customer with a shower assignment. The screen displayed my shower number being the same number the attendant was going let another customer use. I asked why he would do that seeing me sitting and waiting. He got irate. Stating I didnāt need to be so stern.
Iām sorry. Sometimes I forget how a 61 year-old man, hobbling around with a cane, can appear threatening. I am however, becoming increasingly aware of threatening behaviors being displayed towards older people. I will not be going back here.
