Just did a pm, 6/17/2022, my truck was fine but now it's hesitating and having a very hard start. They installed garbage fuel filters. Went and checked my 5th wheel nipple, untuchohched and never pit grease in it yet they claim they did grease the truck. Amigo will so much better job. Their service is a joke☹️

They screwed up my alignment. Had a brand new steer axle. Kingpins, spring hangers, tie rods, drag link. Everything new. New steer tires. Everything. Immediately rubbed off the corners on a thousand dollars worth of steer tires. Stopped in and told them. Crickets. They don't care. These people are dead to me, as Mr. Wonderful would say. Absolutely worthless.

Worst experience we ever had. Bought headlights at I 80 truck stop and had them install the lights. Mechanic didn't know what he was doing and my husband had to help him . After lights are installed our running lights quit working . So 4 hrs later we are out of there with a 700 bill for something the Mechanic messed up. My husband even did half the work. Don't ever go here a rip off. The mechanic pushed back on the lights and even dented the hood behind them.

Great service and low prices on the best tires made here in the USA. Over the years, I’ve tried all major brands of tires, all have failed me in one way or another. Been running 100% GoodYear for the last three years, never any issues, the best tire life and around 0.5 mpg better. GoodYear tires pay for themselves.

I had 4 shocks change of my truck. They charged $662,72. That's just for labor. They will steel your money. Just because they don't reap the bitter fruit of their sins right away doesn't mean that they won't eventually reap them one day. And they put the shocks on upside down.

More than I've ever spent on any tire repair, but it needed to be done. They didn't refuse or try to sell me a new tire.. they did the work and did a quality job at it since it's still holding. 👍

I went there to replace a couple of tires, one each on different axles due to previous now fixed alignment issues and noticed big piles of aluminum and steel wheels and never seen such piles of wheels before except in a junkyard and I wondered what the story was behind that. Here's the story. They pulled the wheels off 2 axles and said the rims were bad and refused to put them back on unless I bought 4 new rims. They looked fine to me. These guys are crooks. It is against the law last time I checked to hold someone hostage. Add to that I was hauling perishable food so they were also in violation of the Patriot Act as well. If I had more time I would have called the police and had the TA across the street bring and mount the tires I needed. I used to buy a fair amount of fuel there, but from now on I will be avoiding that Pilot and it's shop like the plague. You should too. So in short if you go in there for tires, they won't allow you to leave unless you buy a set of wheels as well.

Speedco across the street said they couldn't do anything with my 17 in. tires. Had to be 17.5 or larger. These guys at Goodyear said air is free, and gladly topped my tires off after it got cold last night and I dropped about 10psi on each wheel. They also saw right quick why the shop in Indiana who serviced the truck yesterday couldn't get air to the inside wheels. They were mounted wrong, and had no access to the valve stem! Dude pulled the wheel off and spun it. Remounted and torqued it, and said have a nice day. Topped off all the tires and wouldn't take any pay. Wow!
