Our daughter was driving across country and her suv started making a clunking noise. I called and spoke to 2 employees who were very nice and helpful. They got her right in and fixed the issue and she was back on the road in no time. So happy we found B&D. Our daughter said the employees were very friendly and the waiting area was very pleasant.
