This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a front door on 6/27/20 and was told it would be delivered on 8/14/20. It is now 9/25/20 and they still have not shipped the door. I was given several updated ship dates and none of them turned out to be accurate. Just yesterday (9/24/20) I was told the door was on the truck and would arrive on 9/25/20. When the store manager where I purchased the door inquired as to why I was given so many false ship dates he was told "if we gave accurate delivery dates no one would buy our product." I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

When building our new home we were supplied with defective Therma-Tru doors through Huttig Building Products. It took us over 9 months to get the doors for replacement. We finally just received the new MPLS doors and they don’t have the hardware which we were ensured would be included. The representative, Trey Capito, has been extremely difficult to deal with. So difficult that we had to call his boss to try and get this taken care of. We now have to figure out why we haven’t received the hardware that we need to install the new doors. We shouldn’t have to purchase hardware twice, once for the defective doors and once for the new ones. It’s unfortunate that it is the only distribution point for this product. They obviously don’t care about the end user. In an age where customer service is essential, Huttig Building Products doesn’t seem to have the same perspective.

"Truckers" .....overnight street parking available. Loves truckstop nearby, Entrance is on Florida Ave. Unloading docks face Hwy27. Gate opens at 6am. In 0600 Out 0715 Good unload time.
