We've owned a Sleep Number bed for over 20 years. In fact We've purchased 4 different beds during that time frame for our family. When we travel I can't wait to get back to my bed. Amazing nights sleep and oh the foot warmers in the winter time. How did we ever get along without them. Some say they are too expensive. I say divide the cost over the life expectancy of the bed. Comes in really cheap for a good night's rest. Be sure and check them out. Tell them I sent you. You will thank me later.

Salesman ordered wrong height chair (Bar). I have talked to 3 different people, have been on hold for over 1hour, and still waiting for a call back. This is absolutely ridiculous!

After you purchase your product from the store and they take your money they can not help you at the store. You have to call customer service and wait on hold for items they cold called you from the store to buy and you never received. Manager is rude and refuses to give you her managers info. Does not care about her customers

want you to pay for bed to get fix ,before they even know what wrong .one of the worst place to get a bed ,when you call they put you on hold an take so long to get anything done an want you to tell them what wrong with the bed unreal going to sue an get my 10k bed less then a years an half old,cause not going to pay first an they dont even know what wrong with it

na Rosario I am not happy either. Just got mattress delivered yesterday. The base is cheap made and remote randomly works, then didn't work. Bed only operates off app. so if issues with your wifi, app working on phone, or issues with the app ( keeps saying something went wrong) you can NOT adjust your sleep number setting. We bought all the mattress protectors, sheets, and pillow case cover that is suppose to keep need cool enough to sleep. Woke up to hot to sleep and our a/c is set on 70. I guess that's why sleep number site says you should sleep with your house temperature between 66-68. Called customer service and that's when the real issues began. Total call time was over 2 hours. First lady kept putting me on hold to ask the "tech. team" then hung up on me. She called me right back to let me know she was trying to get me transferred to somebody that could better help me. Lady named Shavita answered with an attitude and her opening greeting was "what you need". I was explaining the 1st issue to her and asked if she was there and she said, " waiting for you if you would come on with it". At that point I asked to talk to somebody else. She hung up on me. Next call the guy was nice but told us he couldn't help us we have to call the supervisors line. In less then 3 minutes got hung up on twice by 2 different supervisors with NO call back. Then finally a supervisor that had customer service skills and helped us. Everything is going back because I am not dealing with this kind of customer service if something else goes wrong. To late to try and fix anything with that kind of service

So sales person Jay was extremely knowledgeable. The I8 was a dream bed with it's features and comfort. We DID NOT purchase the bed. WHY??? We were adamant about the delivery date!!! He exceeded it by 2 months. Said we couldn't get to April we needed it Feb 11.

Alissa, our sales representative, was. terrific. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, and easy to work with to place our order for a new bed. Can't wait to receive it three days before Christmas!

Michael was very knowledgeable and helped us get the bed we needed without breaking our budget. This is our second matress purchase in a month because the *only slightly* cheaper mattress was horrible! We're really glad we took the time to check out Sleep Number!!

Customers beware!!!! My wife and I recently purchased a sleep number package along with pillows and a mattress cover. We are enjoying the bed so far but I would warn all potential customers to be aware of some of their bad policies and shady customer service. When and if you are making a purchase be very clear with your salesperson about what you are getting with your purchase. My wife and I were more than a bit disappointed when our bed arrived and there was no frame even though the receipt says, "King Integrated Base." $3500 and no base. When my wife called to speak with our salesman, he basically blew her off. We later learned that 3 other customers from the same store on the same days had the exact same issue. That seems a little shady to me!!! So, we also decided after thinking about things that we wouldn't keep their $200 pillows when they arrived. Note: even though they are unopened ans still in the original package, the pillows cannot be returned. So, again please get TOTAL CLARITY from your salesperson on what you getting and ALL of their policies because it will not be made clear unless you ask all the questions!!! Good luck.....Joey
