This was our first experience in purchasing a new vehicle at Lincoln. The process was awesome, remarkably easy and quite rewarding. Tony, our dealer, went above and beyond accomodating all our expectations of the vehicle, yet making sure we stay withing our payment range. Coming to the location felt like being back to family gathering: smiling welcoming faces, friendly attitude towards our never quiet 3-year-old. The vehicle finally arrived and being a driver or a passenger exceeds all expectations. We are back now for our 1st oil change and enjoying a private room with various refreshments available. This is night and day compared to Orlando location where we were talked down and left feeling discouraged and unappreciated after our first test drive. I highly recommend Longwood location: the ease to make an appointment and quick availability are a big plus. Be America, buy American!

Let me say this was the most smoothest transaction ever. We ventured the internet saw what we wanted, immediately the internet salesman got in touch with my husband in answering all questions gave us a time to meet. I went to Parks Lincoln of Longwood a couple of days ago looking for a new car. It didn't take long to find the one I wanted. Robert Reid was my sales person who is very accommodating and passionate. He really made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. Robert went over anything I wasn’t sure of and answered every single question I had, even ones I didn't know to ask. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Service here is the WORST. David Smith from service is an incompetent employee who for some reason still works there. They would promise to call you back but they never do. No matter how much you text them, or leave them a message, they never respond unless you call them everyday. We’ve had our car serviced and they said they would clean your car after, and they would lie that they cleaned it a bunch of times during the service but when it came back it was filthy! Not even vaccumed. They promise to give you great service but i guess they’re all talk.

We had an excellent experience with Parks Lincoln and our sales rep Tony. We started months ago looking for the right fit for us (Corsair v nautilus), and then for the perfect vehicle. Tony helped us along the way keeping us informed of suitable used or new options, until we ultimately decided to order a new Corsair. He answered all of my annoying questions and was very easy going; never pushy. Completing the purchase was easy. Other team members we were in contact with were similarly professional and helpful. It has been a full day after my first Lincoln purchase and I've been able to really reflect and soak it all in.. Parks Lincoln of Longwood did such an amazing job making this a stress free experience and a MEMORABLE one. I never felt pushed to make the purchase, my salesman Tom Ulery answered ALL of my questions (and believe me I had a lot of questions). I'm absolutely IN LOVE with my 2021 Lincoln Corsair. Clean dealership, friendly staff, fair pricing and no crazy hidden dealership fees. After this experience my mom has even decided to look into making the switch to luxury that is the Lincoln brand!
