No happy at all with this place. They wanted me to buy a new tire just because a had a nail on mine, that is perfectly fine and new. They didn’t fix my tire and the only options they gave me was “ Stay like that or buy a new tire” Now being honest very polite but a ripoff anyways. A few miles away i went to Tire Squad and they fixed my tire with not issues.

I have been to this Goodyear 3 times now since moving to Florida and have been nothing short of extremely satisfied! Richard, a service manager, has been so friendly and helpful and always makes sure I am comfortable and helped in a timely manner. Wonderful employees that do all that they can to make sure I get back on the road safely. All of my issues have been solved and I will definitely be returning for any future problems I have!! AMAZING auto shop!!

I went in this morning with a piece loose under my car and they were so helpful and great. I did not even have an appointment and they fixed it so quickly was so greatful for them. I love this place they always help me with all my car needs.

The guy that works here Alex is absolutely incredible. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Honest, reliable, and just a good person. His mother and father must have raised him right because he is happy with his job always and provides the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I will never go anywhere else. I have been taking my Nissan pick up truck to Goodyear for oil changes, wiper blades, brakes and new tires. I also took my sons car there for tires. ‘Richard, Dixson, and everyone there has been fantastic. They are always there to address any issues or to answer questions. Most importantly I do believe that they are very honest. One time I took my truck there for service before taking a long road trip and they told me that everything looked great and there was no charge. That has never happened with any other mechanic. I highly recommend them

Very satisfied customer!! I recently visited the Good Year store at 9001 South Dixie Highway because my tires were low on air. I had the pleasure of having Dixon Zuniga assist me with this. He was very courteous and professional when I walked into the store and proceeded to take care of the low pressure of the tires. I highly commend him for being so helpful and nice.. I definitely recommend him and will always go back to his store.
