Drive-thru deposit 1600 ck to mortgage holders account , never been late on my mortgage. I looked at my receipt and it said deposit $1,000! Drove all the way back to the bank spoke to a manager. Who assured me that this mistake of theirs will only be be deposited for $1,000 so I gave another 600, he was wrong ! Ck deposit for 1600/ So I paid an extra 600 . Incompetence at its best. In response to a previous review on here, I wanted to say that I have never NOT felt valued at this branch. I have been with Wells Fargo for 10 years and moved to the Sebastian area about 8 years ago. I have brought in my husband and two of my three children to become customers of Wells Fargo. Every single time I come in and have needed help, I am greeted with smiles and employees going above and beyond to assist. They have been awesome! Some people just can't understand that sometimes the answer is no. Keep your chin up, Team!

Wells Fargo has many hidden fees and they are always changing the bank policies. The bank my husband uses treats us better. I am switching banks soon. I have been at Wells Fargo for 10 years & never felt valued as a customer.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever received from a bank. I have had numerous issues with them but the most recent was that I went in for a simple name change. I had a copy of the recorded marriage license from the clerk of court, social security card and drivers licence and they wouldn't change my name without the original marriage license or a certified copy (of which they failed to tell me when I was in there the day prior). At some point common sense should tell you, this person is the person they say they are. I could have closed my account, withdrawn all the money, and just opened another in a different name with the information I had. but evidently they wouldn't let me do a simple name change. Histerical.

Worst bank ever. Went in to inquire about fees for my account since i now don't have direct deposit and they where very rude and acted like I was beneath them.

They overcharge for over draft fees and their checking accounts have hidden fees. They're also one of the shadiest banks in the country. Stay away and go local!
