I usually don’t do reviews but the level of customer service I received from Quincy today was on a level I haven’t seen in awhile. This employee was beyond helpful to my daughter and I. He replaced the battery and wiper blades in my daughter’s car in less than 6mins. This is the true definition of customer service. I remember Q helping me once at the other Miramar location with brake pads in which he offered exceptional customer there as well. Always very pleasant.Keep up the good job Q.

Hello. I stop my the store today and didn’t have my receipt. I was assisted by the store manager Quincy and he explained the policy to me but also gave me my money back since the employee sold me the wrong. I was pleased with the service I received at the store today. I will also like to acknowledge LeMarion and Chaka for making my visit at the store a pleasant one. Keep up the good work guys.

I stopped by Autozone(4854)today was assisted by Q(Quincy). He greeted me upon entering the store and was very attentive to my needs.This young man really knows his stuff. Great customer service and honesty is hard to find now a days. Just wanted to let you guys know that I was extremely happy with my visit today.
