This girl Hershey was very rude. She put that music so loud that she can't even hear what you are saying. She was giving me attitude like I wasn't welcome to the store because when I arrived she was sitting with Bluetooth speaker music so loud, that I disturb her.

I wanted to say thank you so much Eudanique . Your customer service representative was phenomenal. Eudanique stayed professional , understandable, and patient . I was beyond angry 😡 😤 to find out that my iPhone was locked for 6months . And she tried to resolve my problems and make me stressed less. Eudanique is a good reflection for the Miramar Cricket location 💯. ( Amazing ) As for other customer service representative Kevion he was just outstanding. He tried to find away to change my mood and tried to think of the bright side of things . He also helped me out by calling the customer care to resolve my situation. Kevion is a good reflection for Cricket when it come to making the customers stressed less and smile more 😆 haha. I was very thankful for Eudanique and Kevion . I’m extremely satisfied . OMG! They are amazing,As soon as I walk through the door I was greeted warmly. The nice gentleman Sean was quick to ask me what I needed as far as service and now I’m on the unlimited plan and I have two iPhone 11s ... 😇 It smells so good when I walked in and it was very clean!
