For the amount of time we waited just to order we assumed they were short staffed but upon getting to the window discovered a gaggle of tomfoolery. I believe it’s healthy to have fun at work but only when we’re on top of our tasks. We were only one of two cars without crazy orders. Part of our order was missing and they were just plain rude.

Worst Popeyes ever I was the only person in the drive-thru. They made me pull past the window sit out front for 20 minutes before I went in side and asked them what was taking so long then they made my food. Of course they messed the order up as well.

Lately, each experience has gotten better and better. I’ve eaten 3-4 times in the last 5-6 weeks & the management has upgraded 100% from the entire time I remember them being open. Night manager has no problem with addressing or fixing concerns or complaints, if I wasn’t satisfied he addressed & I left satisfied! Thank you FINALLY, Popeyes!! Gonzales, HWY 30

Friday night and they only had 2 poor souls working. We had to pull in and wait almost an hour for our food, because they had run out. Would have left but they already charged us and said they couldn't refund it. The chicken was good though.

Went through the drive thru and there was only one car in front of me. Got to the window. A lady took my payment then a guy came and started handing me my drinks and then food. He didn’t say a word to me throughout the entire interaction. When he handed me the bag of food I thanked him and assumed it was all there so I pulled forward. I checked the bag and a whole meal was missing plus the fries for the other two meals. I went inside and told the lady all that was missing and she blamed the guy and then started getting everything together. Who knows how fresh the food actually was. Won’t be going back.

First, waited almost 15 min total before my order was taken. No cars in front of me in the drive thru. Kept getting told hold on. Woman on speaker had an attitude & talked low with no intention to speak up or assist when I couldn’t hear several times. Got food for this to be in my red beans. Like WHAT is that. Most definitely not rice nor bean. Only gave one review because the manager was nice upon explaining issue at window.

Maintenance made me keep a watchful eye while going through the drive through. Was asked to wait prior to ordering. They did not mute so all comments good and bad came through about their day. Listened for about 5 minutes to order. Waited outside for 15 minutes. Came in, the employee working the main counter said she couldn’t help because I ordered through drive through. I was waiting for nuggets that were done, but nobody filled the boxes. The manager looked upset that it was busy. Employees seemed very disorganized and disgruntled. I would suggest another location or chain. The lemonade machine was out and no one seemed to care to fill it. The manager was told. She disappeared into the back and didn’t fill it. Counters were dirty. Disappointed.

They mixed up our order with another person's. It should not have been a problem for them at all. When I showed the ticket it was crazy how many people had to look at it to make sure I was not lying. All they had to do was look at the small size of the box and know we didn't pay over $40.00 for an 8 piece!!! I will not go back to that place again. And they didn't make up for all the wings (5) in the first box. They just gave us 4 more pieces to make up the difference. I usually would not complain, but they made me feel like I was trying to lie about the order. The Incontinence was to me. I had gotten home and had to return. I know accidents happen, but this was ridiculous.

Of all the Popeyes in Louisiana, this is absolutely the worst one I've ever been to. Went through the drive thru. Guy told me to wait 15 min later no response ... went inside , one girl totally ignored me she was on her cell phone , same guy told to wait ...7 min later he tells the girl to take my order, she says cash or card , then says she can only take cash ,because she doesn't know how to work a register. All I wanted was the New Flounder sandwich and a Strawberry lemonade . Go to another Popeyes, you might be better off....
