On July 24,2021 went in @ about 4:30pm with my daughters. We got pedicures and manicures. Ther was on 1 person in there getting they nails done. As usual we went to pick out our colors, my two daughters asked for ombré nails and I asked for pointed nails. We received nothing but the acrylic gun cutting our skin. Our feet was as bad as the nails. This nail shop is the worst nail shop in Gonzales. Services: Manicures, Pedicures

First the wait was soooo long & only me , my mom , my sister , & another lady was there .. they other lady got her nails done by the same woman who did mines .. 1. the nail lady didn’t listen to anything the woman wanted.. 2. the costumer told her that she wanted round nails and not square .. then the nail lady said square was easier for her so that’s why she did them .. then proceeded to file the lady’s nails all the way down .. 3. the costumer then asked for a manicure because the nail lady was literally so rough with her hands .. the nail lady said that she didn’t need one and that her hands would be ok .. then when it was time to do my nails .. we had already paid before hand .. ii told her the length ii wanted she said told me .. that she was too tired because he 62 and is not gonna do the length ii wanted .. so my sister walked over and asked what the problem was and she said tell my sister we would have to pay first $5 extra then said $10 extra .. at this point we had already been there for almost 3 hours & we were just trying to get our nails done and go .. so we told her don’t worry about it and just do what she could do .. then she continued to talk about how she was so tired .. there was also glue all over my hands .. the nails where all different lengths .. after the next 2 days after we left my hands were burning and bumps and studs were forming around them .. and then ii took the nails off there was glue on the nail suck to my which ripped the skin around my nails off .. overall the place and tools there used were not clean .. they had nasty attitudes and we would be not going again .. * note ii get my nails done all the time it was my first time at this place .. and ii have never had a experience like this .. my hands are currently still healing . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Service: Acrylic nails

I spent $25 for a gel polish change only! Mind you she used old polish that was severely chipping.A week prior i paid $35 gor a refill and gel polish. Every time I get services done there the price is always different. There isn't a price list for services in the shop at all.They do great work but they are scamming with the prices. Service: Gel manicure

First of, they should change their name because i sure wasn’t happy. my nails look like if i’ve been having them for 2 weeks already & i just got them done . They always change their prices when you ask each lady. On top of that they made me pay for my nails before they even painted them 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Never coming here again.

They just be making up prices to charge you. They service is horrible..Only like 3 workers so the wait is extra long. They charge $5-$10 for the shape of Your nails plus it’s $5 more to for designs ion know how they even still in business$15 to get your toes just polished baby they got some work to doooooo!! TheN she cut me twice with that lil blazzer thingy

They did a good job making my nails beautiful, but the guy kept telling me he couldn't do all the extra stuff I wanted, which was one nail different color with a sparkle on top.. didn't think I was asking too much.

I left here "happy" ... literally smiling and can't stop looking at my nails. I'm VERY picky when it comes to my nails. I am impressed! Lee did an awesome job! Update: So I was excited to get a refill, but unfortunately I was rudely turned away because according to the guy, they "didn't have time". I got there at 6:20, and they close at 7. I literally just needed a refill and gel polish, which doesn't take long to dry. I rushed home from work and passed up dozens of nail shops to get there. Normally, I wouldn't really worry about it, but I have an event to attend tomorrow.

They were horrible and they over charge you before we came I. We ask how much for a full set we was told 20 set 30 coffins but was charged for 25 saying they were long we’ll send pictures also one of my other daughters wanted nail and she told the tech what sizes and she told her she don’t want her with long nails so my daughter told her to take her nails off and was charge 10.00 for something she did not want me myself gotten a gel refill with my real nails and they where cut down but that’s what I get for cheating on my nail salon i go to Baton Rouge I just wanted to find something in my hometown

Happy nails is about the best nail shop I've been to they have a reasonable price and the staff is very sweet.
