I walked in an he asked what i needed then he told me pick a color an give them a few minutes. Well after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes i still didn’t get serviced. Only 2 ppl getting their nails done so it wasn’t busy. I got up an walked out an they didn’t even bother asking why i was leaving. Poor customer service I WILL NOT RETURN 😞

I honestly just wish there was a negative rating I paid 100 dollars for pedi and acrylics (dip powder) and got them done on afriday buy Monday morning my pinky nails fell off and the others are all lifting. I even tipped both guys 25$ each to end up looking like a hot mess. Service: Acrylic nails

DO NOT GO HERE. Got a full set and 5 of the nails lifted and 1 broke within a couple days. Went back to get them fixed and they charged me after MORE than it cost to get them done the first time! $48 exactly. The guy told me I should have checked them before I left… of course they are fine a minute after you get them done! Spent almost $100 in 1 week at this place for my nails. If they were going to charge me for their mess up they should have told me BEFORE I had them fixed because I would have went somewhere else! I have been getting full set gel nails done for over 10 years now and that was by the worst set I’ve ever had AND worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have plenty of other nail salons in Gonzales please go to any other one. I have attached a picture of one my hands that were lifting for everyone. Please look by the cuticles and notice the discoloration because they were done incorrectly but I had to eat the cost of that. Service: Gel manicure

I paid 118 dollars a couple of days ago for a medium full set and a pedicure for my Birthday. Currently (3 days later) 5 of my Ten nails have lifted from the nail and broken off. It is ridiculous that no on holds the nail shops and technicians responsible for doing such shabby jobs after charging such high Prices. When I called I was told I could come in and pay to have them fix. I am appalled by my treatment as a paying consumer/customer. Services: Pedicures, Manicures, Acrylic nails

I have used this place since I moved here in March 2021. The lady near the front that does the gel & dip is awesome! However, I recently had an experience where I walked in and no one greeted me even after making eye contact. I waited a cool 3 mins or so and walked out. I’ll try one more time for convenience sake. Services: Gel manicure, Foot massage, Pedicures, Waxing, Manicures, Dip powder

I won't be patronizing this nail salon. I'm not sure why they would advertise walk-ins welcome but when I walk in they tell me I have to schedule an appointment and come back. There might have been 3 customers and at least 2 employees. Why couldn't I just wait? Because there are too many other salons ready to help me; that's why!!

I went to this nail salon only because my nail salon was booked and I couldn’t squeezed in at all. I walked it stated I wanted a pedicure. Picked my color I wanted and waited to be seated. The man doing my pedicure didn’t even do pedicure. My feet never touch water, no massage, no feet treatment. He immediately started filing my toes and painting them. I was confused because I stated I wanted a pedicure not just polish, then I was getting charged for a full pedicure. I had to correct him and let him know what service I truly got. Maybe if they had more staff it would be better. Service: Pedicures

I paid for a “Deluxe Pedicure” and the guy rushed through the whole thing and did not ardly massage! On top of that he was talking the whole time and I could not relax! I got home and the polish is not even covering all of the nails. I get pedicures because I love the massage part- especially my feet. My feet were barely massaged at all and legs very little compared to other places I’ve been! Not for me!!!!! Service: Pedicures
