My only problem was my coleslaw was not rite . I paid 28. 00 just for me to eat fir a few days and the coleslaw is my favorite but it didn't taste rite plus i patd for a large that kinda bum me out . The wait wad drive 🚗through only and it was 20plus minutes but its cool

I ordered through Door dash.. I got the surf & turf combo with a large Cajun rice and mashed potatoes! It was still hot and fresh once it got to me👏🏽💯 And whoever fixed my surf and turf box I fw you for that, you a real one! 💯❤️🤞🏽

The chicken was so greasy that the box was wet and the customer service was very ghetto &unprofessional. I am going to relate this to management * above store. there's no condiments, no utensils like what in the world 👀👀👀😮💨

If they put as much effort into working as they do talking, they'd be the fastest Popeye's in town. But this is slower than when I was the only one that showed up to work at the one on Highland. I see the chicken up, but I've been here 40 minutes, and STILL haven't reached the counter. There's too many people working here for this to be this slow. I know it's lunch time, but come on.

On 4/11/2022 about 6:35pm I went into this store and had the worst experience! There is a sign that states that the lobby is open, so I went in. The male manager ( I didn’t get his name) left me standing at the counter then he proceeds to tell me that the lobby is closed and only taking online orders. When I turned to leave he say why are you looking at me like in F’kn crazy then he and all of the workers started to laugh as I left. I turned around and told him that yes I must be crazy to keep coming to this store. I then witnessed him take a Caucasian man’s order and he received his order! I am just appalled that Popeyes allows these type of people with those types of horrible attitudes work at their stores! I expect more from a restaurant with so much history serving the community but this store is not serving the community well. I WILL NOT return to this store but I do hope that measures are taken to make this store better!

The WORST Popeyes! Waited over 30 minutes in the lobby for 2 chicken sandwich meals that ended up giving us food poisoning. The staff was lazy and would not help the gentleman in the front doing all the work by himself. The manager was too worried about how she was going to get rid of Thanksgiving turkeys to family and friends since I overheard her phone conversation in the bathroom. She did absolutely nothing to help her staff. She should be fired for no leadership skills and not caring that her establishment was a nightmare.
