Ordered strawberries through online. This shop was to facilitate the order. It never arrived.

I am critiquing Edible Arrangements as a place I thought was very unique and interesting to send gifts, especially, as I did for Mother's Day. If I could give them no stars I would. They sell all sorts of goodies such as chocolate-dipped strawberries and other supposedly delectable items. It turns out that they have the worse customer service I have ever dealt with and they put an extra charge on my account that I have tried over and over again to have removed. I placed two orders and one of the orders was canceled and awhile later I realized that they did not cancel the order I wanted canceled, instead they sent it anyway with an unknown driver with no name card saying who it was from so the order was discarded by the recipient. I have tried explaining this to the people at their establishment and I keep getting the run around. I was not pleased with the service or the chocolate-dipped strawberries. I would tell anymore to save your money, it is too pricey to spend that much money on strawberries that are not that sweet and chocolate whether it be milk or dark chocolate, that tastes worse than store bought chocolate. Thank you.

DO NOT SHOP !!! I repeat DO NOT SHOP!!! They gave me the wrong order the flowers were dead the pretzels were soggy terrible not only did they close on me when I was supposed to pick my order up on may 29th at 2:00pm I had to meet the delivery driver at 6:30pm

All I have to say is that Karla is AMAZING!!! I came in to grab my lady a small gift as a token of appreciation and Karla helped with everything from the arrangement and also provided the verbiage to put on the thank you card. I was pleased with the arrangement but ecstatic with the level of service provided by Karla!!!

This past Saturday, I received an Edible Arrangement from the Evergreen Park location. At 12:41p.m., I received a text message that my delivery should be there within the hour. At 2:27p.m., I texted back, "Did I miss you?" I received my second text at 3:56p.m. stating that they were outside with a delivery. I noticed the truck outside by the curb, but when I got out there, the truck was already gone. I then texted asking, "where did you go?" Then I received my last text at 5:40p.m. stating that the delivery was going to be dropped at my door in five minutes. I saw the message around 6p.m., and indeed it was on my stoop. When I unwrapped my arrangement, the fruit was soggy looking rather than fresh. The melon balls were not fresh nor tasty. The pineapple tasted slightly overripe but sweet. The chocolate covered strawberries were just ok but not the freshest. Overall, I was not impressed. It was meant to be a special birthday gift; nonetheless, I was grateful to the givers and their thoughtfulness.

Picked up order my sister sent my 94 yr old mother for mother's day on the friday before. The basket seemed as if the fruit has been frozen. It had that water mark as if defrosted. Not worth the $65 my sister paid. Could have done better going to Aldi's. The balloon was half inflated. It seemed the fruit must have been shipped from Alabama where my sister placed the order. The previous year the fruit was excellent. Don't know what could have happened. ☹ Very pleased that I was able to pick up a new order. Was told they had a problem were m with the cooler. They made it right. Very pleased. They were super cool and gave me no problem. Happy with the new order.👍

If you have to place an order at this store, I recommend you going to a small business. I had my order delivered at 9:46pm on Mother’s Day. Did not receive a call that it was there so they sat out overnight in the heat so they were not enjoyable and were tossed. I asked for a refund thru corporate and it was approved just waiting on the store to provide me my refund to be told they refuse by Julie because it was delivered. Going back and fourth for no reason just to get my refund. These workers are acting like it comes out of their check. SMH

Horrible! Delivery was at 10pm! & the driver forgot my flowers and tried to accommodate for a box of strawberries that I already paid for!!! What a JOKE! Please do not give these people your money! Horrible!

My view for the past 15 minutes after placing a order over an hr ago for two cones. After yelling to the back to get her attention And expressing my break is almost over and I just want my money back. She rushes to the back and comes with 2 cups not how I ordered. Stuffing fruit into a cup with no gloves & no mask ! Smacking on fruit. Thoroughly tasteless and unprofessional really during a pandemic. Please have your workers do better Thank God I’m not a thief being how I was left up front unattended for over 15 minutes.

I understand that Mother's Day weekend must be extremely busy for Edible Arrangements. That being said, there is a profound lack of organization. I didn't appreciate having to wait outside in 50 degree weather for 15 minutes. I'm sure the other six people ahead of me did not appreciate waiting longer than I had for their online orders, one of which was done incorrectly. My pickup time was 3, and my order wasn't in my hand until 3:30 although I ordered ahead. It was my first time ordering here ever, and, more than likely, it will be my last.
