If I could leave a 0 * I would!! Manager took order for people in front of us for Dine in and then tells us she can't take dine in orders and locked the doors.I understand being short staffed but to be rude about it is ridiculous! Mostly after telling us we could order at 10:30 lunch then after waiting tell us no.Very sad place anymore!

My coke freeze was dripping all over my car. We spent a solid ten minutes in the drive thru waiting. We watched the staff member overfill one of the two drinks we waited a solid five minutes when we finally got to the window. We didn’t order food simply two drinks and they couldn’t even manage that much without making a mess for US to clean up out of our car. And then to finalize this absolutely horrid experience the drinks tasted wrong. As though the syrup had expired.

Waited 15 minute in drive thru. Then was given a whopper instead of southwestern whopper I ordered. Not happy. This was at 725 pm on 8-3-2022 today.

Worst experience at a burger king. Waited forever to get our coke floats. The gave us an overfilled drink that was dripping everywhere and they were disgusting

I ordered myself a #2 combo. (large) which is a Double Whopper, FF, and Drink on 7/20/22. I noticed when I got home, my FF were missing from the bag. I drove back and went to the Drive Thru to let them know. No one was there to assist me. I honked the horn. Still, no help coming! I pulled around to the side to walk up to the door, but it was locked since the restaurant closes at 6pm. (Initially, I had ordered at 7:30pm) So then I tried driving up to the Drive Thru one more time, but going to the speaker instead and not the window. I was waiting to be acknowledged only to see a girl (Lisa) running out of her car (from smoking her cigarette)to the restaurant while talking on her headset to take my order. She was the only one working that evening. I told her that I was coming back for my FF that she had forgotten to put in the bag. No apology from her for ANY Of THIS! She made me feel like a inconvenience. So then I asked for another FF for my trouble and she gave me a face that wasn't so very nice. I'm usually a pretty understanding person since I work in the restaurant industry, and I know how places are short staffed, but the customer service here was at its worse!

Really wanted to try chicken fries, and my husband had a chicken sandwich. We also wanted to drink coke which they were out of. Sandwich was awful, it was cold and the bun was so hard you couldn't chew it. Fries were cold, the chicken fries cold. Needless to say we will not go there again. Spent 15 dollars here, for food we didn't eat.

As a person that frequents way too many fast food restaurants, I have to say this BK is the best drive through in town, friendly, fast and they don’t screw up your order. Keep it up.

I went through yesterday and the woman working the drive thru kept interrupting me and not letting me finish my order. I call to complain about it and the general manager has me sat down on the counter or something on the phone. They have cussed at me and been rude the whole time on the phone. I do not recommend this place. It’s understaffed and probably because of how bad management is.

Told the manager my order twice and he repeated it back, however I was missing a burger and drink that I paid for, when I brought it up he was too busy fighting with an employee to hear me, then came back and rudely handed me just the burger. The food was disgusting we didn't even eat it. Rude incompetent workers and gross food. I will not be going back.
