Do not use this boot store. If I could have given this place zero stars I would have! I dropped my boots to be repaired. I was told it would be two weeks. I went back three weeks to the day and the repair man had not even started on them. They made every excuse imaginable as to why they were not ready. I said just give me my boots and I will take them someplace else. I was told the boots were still at their repair store in Tell City. That was on a Saturday. I called today to verify my boots were these to be picked up. They were. The actual repair person/owner called me about 10 minutes later. He wanted to make more excuses. Told me there were 45 shoe repair jobs in front of me alone with more excuses. I said asked them why I told two weeks for the repair?! They clear just out and out lied about the repair time. The bottoms lines is that they are not honest people with terrible customer service and terrible business practice. Do not take your shoes here for repair.

Great family owned business and very knowledgeable on work boots. Have been coming here for years and drive over an hour just for my husbands work boots but you can have them mailed to your home if you know exactly what you need.

Awesome customer service, knowledgeable about their products and best prices I've found on redwing. I have been buying from them for at least 11 years and always look forward to dealing with them. I have went to several other redwing stores across the state (needed a new pair right then and couldn't wait to get back to Jasper at the time) and was left with sticker shock, disbelief in the other stores lack of product knowledge and customer service.

4 stars for o my one reason. It looks unfinished and a quick put up. Other than that the service is amazing and they have a wide selection of work boots along with others to pick from. Red wing dealer.
