Friendly people working there, but the actual service is awful, any trip besides depositing or withdrawing should expect to be there for an hour, and they dont bother answering phone calls to ANY of the numbers they provide to us.

This bank has got to be the slowest around. Drive thru moves at a snails pace and you need to set aside 30+min to sit in line just 3 cars deep. 1 teller working inside lines and drive thru shouldn't be something either customer has to deal with! I wish they would have kept the 540a location open.

Lady put in wrong amount than what I handed her into my account. Unacceptable Update: they also ALWAYS have a line at drive thru. I know that’s not their fault but if you’re looking to have a quick visit, Do NOT come here. Even inside is slow.

The ATM here breaks every week. Has been broken for 4 days now and won’t take deposits. Been having to drive 30 min away to the other suntrust to make my deposits. How hard is it to fix an ATM? Over 4 days, really??

They gave out personal financial information to a lawyer who had no authority even though they had been warned not to do so. This was the bank manager. I'd find another bank.

The staff is always friendly and courteous so this location is fine, the review is more of the financial institution itself. I will be moving my business to another bank, because suntrust is just a joke. An account positive for 4 years with a significant direct deposit is continually rejected for ANY credit services yet I have 3rd parties left and right oferring me credit cards, auto refinancing. Yet my bank NEVER wants to do ANYTHING for me. You just want to soak up all of my money and have me continue to be a member although i receive 0 benefits, perks, or leniency. Any account issues have taken FOREVER (48 hours - 2 weeks) to rectify. Shame on you suntrust for how poorly you treat your customers, its an ugly offensive joke.
