This place was amazing ! 100/100 for customer service. I was already having a bad day because I had to call out of work to get my battery fixed and they made it better. Steven is the guy who put our battery in which was tricky because our battery is not like other cars it’s squeezed in tight. While he was doing that which took awhile because of it being an old battery and erosion on the battery the nice lady lynn offered my 2 year old son cookies and played peek a boo behind the glass doors which keep him entertained. Thank you so much Steven and lynn for the awsome experience !

My daughter a new driver needed windshield wipers due to inclement weather and this store refused to help changing them as it was raining. I called O’Riellys and Brent help out. I will continue to use O’Riellys as they understand helping thy neighbor.

Kid tells me can't return a car battery. Purchased hours ago. Not installed. No scratches. Truck towed to dealer and new battery in backseat of wife's car. Told dealer go ahead and replace battery at the same cost as advance. I showed him my receipt from dealer. management checked for battery use, gave my $270.00 back. Thank you for being understanding. What was I to do with a 2nd battery. Dealer charged me $400.00 to diagnosed and replace the battery. And then this kid tells me I can't return new unused battery.

Went there because I thought I needed a new battery. Turns out it was my alternator. Demetri was top notch! Told me my battery was from a different place and may still be under warranty. Boosted my car and I never made it out of the parking lot. They let me leave my car overnight, and gave my mechanic the keys. I will be going there for all of my auto supplies from now on.

Very friendly folks. I went here to process my used motor oil. They have a container in the back that you can put your old oil into. Convenient and simple.

One of the best experiences I have had in a long time going into a store for parts. I typically purchase online but I had to replace my headlights for my safety. Great job team. The attitude of the employees made my day.

I'm a 63 yr Pinellas County female which knows absolutely NOTHING about cars, my Ford SUV made a pop sound and drove as if I blew it up right in front of Advance Auto Parts Store on hwy 54 on my way to Pasco courts. Andrew Phillips that works in advance auto store came to my stressed out rescue, within minutes he got a hold of a mobile mechanic named Salvador that dropped everything to fix my vehicle and rescue, My SUV was fixed within 15 minutes for 125.00 total..parts and labor and I was able to get to court. They're Saint's, hero's in this world when you give up on PEOPLE! Thank You Advance Auto ANDREW PHILLIPS, TINA AND the guidance from Andrew TO A GREAT MECHANIC my hero Mr. Salvador.🙏👍🇺🇸
