We used to love this place for their Cuban sandwich, but after today, never will we go back.our sandwich was missing the mustard, the cheese, the pickles. When I called to inform them, the lady was in complete denial that the sandwich was made wrong, she said she made it herself, I told her if it was made right, I wouldn't have called. She didn't care what I had to say, because she's too narrcisstic to accept the fact that she was WRONG!

Rina or Reema or whatever her name is, was extremely rude to me today, Mar. 19, 2021, approximately 4:30 pm. I’ve used this gas station for over ten years. I put 3 tokens, one at a time, into the vacuum machine outside. You “earn” tokens each time you buy a car wash. The vacuum didn't work. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. So I walked to the inside cash register area to ask for advice, assistance.Rina said ,”Go to other vacuum.” The Vacuum I was trying to use was not labeled “out of order.” I had walked over to the inside cashier desk, leaving my car at the vacuum, in case my tokens were valid and I did not someone else to use them. I have very severe asthma and a bad limp. Rina was no help and just kept waiting on what she called “paying” customers. I reminded her that I am and have been a paying customer. I showed her I had some remaining tokens and asked her to please replace the three I had just lost in the broken machine. She replies, “I don’t got none. Use those. You got the coins.” I asked, hardly able to breathe through asthmatic wheezing and I’m 70, by the way, “Well, where or when will you get more?” “When Boss comes.” I asked her,” Will you please write a sign a note, so I can get the three tokens at a later date. I’ll write the note. I see paper there. Do you have a pen? “ No answer. I asked her name. She’s says, “I’m always here. I’ll remember you.” I asked her name again. Hesitation. I said, “ I can just put in a complaint.” Finally, “Rina.” (I guess) . I’ve seen other complaints above about Rema. Sounds like the same lady. As I left, she called out, “Have a nice day.” She was very rude, loud, and sarcastic throughout the above-described conversation. Is she related to “the Boss”? I wonder why she’s still there, quite honestly.

Always a great experience and the sandwiches are VERY GOOD. The little deli inside makes an amazing assortment of fresh food and exactly how you want it. The owner is amazing and extremely helpful, she knows her store and the business family owned and operated. Absolutely my kind of place.

go in here all the time with no issues, until one day when me and my coworker (we both go in at least once a week) were accused of stealing one little piece of candy and we were followed out of the store into the parking lot and approached at our car. we were told that another customer of caucasian descent accused me (a black woman) and my coworker (hispanic) of theft. we work right up the street and have never had any issues until all this protesting started and we were profiled for absolutely no reason. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Maintenance company blew dirt all over my car. I had to yell at them to stop and told the clerk I wanted to talk to the owner to get my car washed. Still have not heard from owner. Would never go there again or recommend anyone else to go there.

I literally get fuel here every single morning. The staff and the owner go above and beyond to get you what you need and on your way. The sandwich shop inside is top notch and makes a great Cuban sandwich. The owner is very professional and will go out of her way to make sure you have what you want. The store is clean and neat, the parking lot is clean and inviting...and there is a car wash too.

Friendly staff and a good selection. I usually end up going here instead of the 7/11 across the street. The best thing though is that they have a Schnickel Fritz deli inside the station, which for some reason is seemingly entirely unadvertised. The sandwiches made by the deli are great, especially the Reuben which is far better than what most near by places call a Reuben.
