Went today to buy more Christmas lights like I got a couple days ago since they were now 25 percent off. To my surprise the lights I bought for $12 the other day were now $14.99.

Good stuff light staff need more, watch when you get points because of your not buying some thing fast the points leave. I spent over 800.00 got 80 points went to get my mom a new computer chair and the points were gone I didn't use them fast enough.

Online it said they had flat irons there for 5$ and that it was in stock but when I got there, there were only 20$ flat irons. Waste of time and drive. Shelves were empty. I've never seen a big lots look this malnourished in my whole life and Im a Big Lots fan

Trevor the cashier is way more than just a cashier...always greeting at the door..very helpful with all information...location of products...and helped me figure out my rewards on my phone..I couldn't do it myself..lol...smile on his face every time I'm in that store..fast ...efficient..just an amazing employee they have..store is always well stocked..and covers so many of your shopping needs..clean establishment...and Trevor keep up your amazing attitude and smile..thank you

The store was very crowded with trying to add new Halloween decor. Some isles were just big enough for one shopping cart. Maybe it's just the seaaonal transition 🤔 .

Ordered a box spring online which said was available for pick up at this store. I received an email saying I would receive another email when it was ready for pick up. I never received an email so I checked the order to find out that the order was canceled “due to availability”. I was never notified it was out of stock until I looked into the order status. Rating is for poor communication, pricing, and wrong stock information online.
