I don't even understand how Walgreens is still in business. I have now switched to three different stores hoping that there would be a higher level of competence, no such luck. In the past year I have had more prescriptions lost than I have picked up out of the past 5 months alone three of which I have had to sit on the phone for over an hour between my doctor's office and the pharmacy just trying to figure out why there's no prescription there. Then this specific Walgreens had me freaking out on my pediatrician, because medication that was desperately needed by my son and the prescription once again could not be found, 2 days 2 days this little boy went with no medication and bronchitis. Next time I went to the pediatrician they showed me the paperwork 9 times. Nine freaking times they sent thise prescriptions in. Yet it wasn't until the third day that when I walked in they were finally there if my insurance covered any other pharmacy I would never walk into another Walgreens again.

4/4/22: they say they open at 9 and here I sit few minutes after 9 and they are not open!!! update: here it is Jan 14 and still my prescription is not ready when it was sent in on Jan 11. and the app shows it would be available by 11 am on the 13th... picture shown below. evidence speaks for itself. this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my whole entire life! I switched to Walgreens only because CVS stopped accepting my insurance if it was for me I would still be at CVS. these people at the pharmacy tell you it'll be ready at a certain time and you get here and they tell you half an hour so then when you come back an hour and a half later after the half an hour they still don't have it ready and they tell you another half an hour so then you wait a half an hour and it's still not ready at that half an hour mark so how many half an hour do you have to give somebody for you to actually have the prescription ready that they told you would be ready 5 hours ago?. I do not recommend Walgreens at all for prescriptions but I especially do not recommend this specific Walgreens for any kind of prescriptions because I'm not the only one having problems everybody who has been here every single time and I waited in line for 20 30 45 minutes has the same problem that I'm having!!!

The store itself is nice, clean and for the most part stocked. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is another thing, it's awful. They have four or more people working behind the counter yet every time you go through the drive thru you wait a good amount of time to pick up your prescription. I sat in the drive thru for 40 mins one afternoon, I couldn't get out of the line that had formed behind me or else I would have left. I got so mad while I was waiting that I called the store and spoke to the manager. I told her that people are waiting more than a half hour in the drive thru and it was absolutely unacceptable. There were five cars behind me and two in front of me, everyone looked completely irritated, for good reason. The pharmacy needs better management! They don't answer calls right away either. I called the night before to check on the status and waited about 15 mins for someone to pick up. So frustrating!!!!

Went to grab some stuff when the manager got nasty over a price! If you don’t know how to talk to people you shouldn’t work in customer service! Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location!

One star 🌟. Usually I'm satisfied but I had oral surgery this evening. I drop off my scripts for pain, antibiotics, mouth rinse etc. They said one hour. Thry called, I came. Waited in drive through(bad choice) 2 cars before me served. My turn "closed, ". Went inside as it was just turning 8pm. They're in there. I explained my need before dropping off my scripts but it was closed and I just left in anger as I wish for once thag I went to cvs. Do dates treatment for antibiotics, no pain meds, no lidocaine rinse just why did get bother calling me to get if if they weren't going tk have it to me??????????..?? 0800am tomorrow then.

Brand new store (as of Fall 2018) with ample parking. Lacrete was very helpful and kind as we checked out. They gave a liquor store attached with reasonable prices and an above average selection. One drawback is that it can be difficult to get in and out of during peak travel times as 17th Street can be a but of a mess at times so keep that in mind. Otherwise, a great spot to stop if you need to get in and out in a hurry and just pick up a few things items. They also have propane available and photo printing service and they serve as a FedEx drop off and pick up location.

This is a fairly new Walgreens. Only saw two employees and the Pharmacy was closed when I got there. They have tons of stuff...a lot of it was on sale. Of particular interest was the bare polished cement flooring. What, no carpeting? I guess they think that folks don't care if the floor here is bare. Them I noticed the same with everything else there: no fluff, just basic, minimalist approach to a store. Very unfriendly feeling. But the check person was nice and friendly enough.

Why would you only gave one pharmacy tech on a weekday when most people are getting off work and coming to pick up prescriptions ???!!! That's just poor business running. They should know early mornings and late afternoons til closing is the prime time people are getting prescriptions and waiting for over an hour in the drive through only to be told to go back around the prescription that was called in over an hour ago still isn't ready and having to wait another 40 mins is just awful. This kind of wait and running of a business is ridiculous and something out to be done. I definitely won't be using this pharmacy anymore unless they start staffing it better. Some people don't have the luxury of waitibg so long for meds. Again staff is doing it's best to work with what they have. Managers and owners are to blame for this.
